(Covid procedures) however there was only one car in the entire parking lot. I can see somebody just sitting at their desk. I call and a guy says they cannot let me in or help me until maybe tomorrow at 2. I told him I drove up an hour and wasn't informed. He was unwilling to offer anything else. Maybe take my number if an apt cancels, maybe let me in and say I might not be available for questions. It was messed up.
