Outside of that, it's amazing. My neighborhood had a food truck night so my husband, Mom and I attended where we experienced Pollywog's. We each ordered the fish basket. I have major food allergies. The fact they knew what was in the ingredients of their seasonings was a plus but to know I could eat here was super exciting. Their ingredients are more natural than you normally find. The fish basket was catfish and fries with a side of their secret sauces. I'm originally from Mississippi so I'm serious about my catfish. You have to know how to really clean and cook catfish in order for it to be tasty. Their secret sauces match perfectly with the flavors of the fish and fries. I dipped my fish in the orange colored sauce and my fries in the red sauce. The orange colored sauce is the consistency of Hollandaise sauce. It's like a Cajun tarter sauce of some sorts. The red sauce is like a fancy Cajun ketchup. Not only were the catfish nuggets and fries cooked to perfection, the crew's customer service was elite! Oh and the food is cooked to order so don't come here thinking the food is under a heat lamp.
