All of them had a minimum of 5, so I chose a Pirata (pirate) and a Gringa. Both had cheese on them, and were big enough. They come with a potato (yes....a potato!). They were delicious. The cheese had a great taste! Other things that I liked about this place: they have antojitos mexicanos (deep fried soft or hard tacos stuffed with cheese), you can order single tacos (I found out later), and the sense of positive karma this place has (they have positive phrases all around the walls). One thing I did not like: they don't take credit cards! Bummer. Ah! And the pastor beef seems like is painted (maybe it's the sauce used to put it in the trompo?) Overall a great experience! You can order a few dishes and serve a group, even the tacos are big, shareable, if messy. This afternoon I shared fat rice and tequenos with a friend. it was more than enough. We're both hardy eaters, and we didn't finish. The rice dishes are in a fried rice style, though slightly sweeter than what I usually eat. For the fat bastard they add chicharron glaseado, fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, octopus, avocado, broccoli, carrots and more. It's a full on fusion of flavor and ingredients. The spreadable fried avocado is an unexpected gift to pair with the fried shrimp, or with a bit of rice, sublime. If you order this, you're going to want to pair this with something to cut the fat, so try a coke zero, a sparkling water, or a beer. The restaurant is small-to medium, maybe 10-12 tables, so service is smooth and easy. You watch can even watch your food be cooked and plated. Waitstaff is attentive, but not overly so, still it's easy to get their attention and given the low number of tables, they take care of requests quickly. I have eaten in the restaurant a few times and just as many, if not more, delivery, and it is solid all the way around. The delivery is not going to be as good as in the restaurant, mostly for the texture loss with time in packaging. They do pack ingredients separately to keep as much as they can intact, and the flavor isn't lost on the road, just the crispness of the batter or the heat of the octopus, for example.

They have been the best tacos I have tried ! This street vendor is only open in the night time but it is an extremely popular spot for any individuals passing by or those who know about this stand. They serve their food with Charro Beans which begin to open up your appetite. I have tried many of their dishes and all have been amazing! They are flavored masterfully and always leave you wanted more, not because your not full but because they are delicious! I had the pleasure of having this street vendor at a party a few years ago and all of the guests where amazingly surprised and overjoyed with tasty tacos and sides. I asked for additional time to think about what I wanted to order to drink and the server just stood there and stared at me so I made a rush decision. After bringing our drinks, we had a different server bring our food and our initial server never came back to check on us except when they brought us the bill which we had to ask for twice. As we looked around it seemed that they wanted to put more attention towards individuals that look more like tourists as I saw them hovering around certain tables more often. The odd thing was the server immediately started cleaning our table as we sat there waiting for the check which traditionally they do once individuals leave not passing in front of you to grab things rudely. This was when we had to ask for the check a second time. Regarding the food, it was OK but honestly, I've had better food at other places that I visited in Mexico and the service was a lot better. My traveling companion asked about soup that they had on the menu and the server said that it would take about 40 minutes for them to make it which sounds pretty ridiculous since it's a restaurant and you would think everything that they have on the menu would be immediately accessible. Again, no explanation as to why it would take so long, but another indication of the lack of service they wanted to provide us as customers . I would never go to this restaurant again, not only due to their lack of service and communication we were provided but also due to the food that was mediocre at best.
