The food was amazing, the super burrito is the best thing on the menu. I've tried so many taquerias and different trucks, these burritos hit different and are worth the visit. We got carne asada super burritos, also tried a pastor taco, super good. Service was quick and the people pay attention to detail.

I always drive by the area, unfortunately, pretty big let down. Tacos I believe are $3.25 each. Super burrito was $14.50. No pricing listed out front...only heard it because person in front was asking. Meat quality for the steak was very disappointing since it tasted more like ground beef. Super burrito was super wet and soggy which was annoying to eat. Had high hopes since i live near by but fell short.

    Great carne asada 10/10

This place still has the best carne asada tacos. Came by Friday ordered 8 tacos and one apple bottle soda the total was $32+. The truck itself doesn't have any prices listed but you do the math. Definitely worth it if in the area to give them a try. They also sell burritos and other items but always get the asada tacos.

Pretty mid burrito, poorly wrapped. Quick service tho and the salsas are good. The meat was a bit drier than I expected.

For a taco truck these tacos were decent in flavor. I got the Carne Asada with onions and cheese. I always judge my tacos based off the flavoring of the meat and collaboration with the tortilla. They didn't have a hot sauce but it was a little bit too spicy for me. They have various options to pay so it's nice that it wasn't a cash only truck and the guy that took my order was very nice and helpful with the menu.

Aight, well, for the like the third time I've been here with the madam, we just can't get enough! This place gives me the WILDEST DIARRHEA and I just can't stop coming! We all know Taco Trucks are the schizz bizz, but did you know this place is also the Bees Knees? For the record, I never ever say that outside of Yelp Reviews, cuz honestly, I don't know what the heck it means. Even now. *Especially* now. Anyway, usually go for the Asada Tacos, but they have some other really solid options. The sauces are hella good and I also pick up a few serrano peppers while I'm at it and boi does it burn so good! You know, the kind that burns twice ;) IYKYK. Anyway, come here. You will not regret it! Well, your mouth won't. But you might later, in about 24 hours ^________^ KThxBai, LuvYou!!!

This is hands down my favorite spot for tacos in the South Bay--I come here at least once a week. My go-to is the carne asada tacos, but when I'm in the mood for something different, I get the carne asada quesadilla, which comes with guac and sour cream. The tacos usually come with delicious grilled onions, and while I've tried the pastor and chorizo, the carne asada is definitely the star here. The tacos traditionally come with two tortillas, but I opt for just one to keep it a bit lighter. They're a little on the greasy side, but in the best way possible--it really adds to the flavor. I'm a big fan of spicy food, so I always go for the hot salsa. The salsa area is self-serve, and a tip: ask the cashier for a ziplock bag to take home some of their spicy onion-pineapple mix. Definitely worth it!

Decent portions and prices for tacos--$3.25/taco and $12/standard burrito. No line at 6:45PM on a Saturday evening. Empty lot to park in to order food. All the food came out within a couple minutes of ordering. I thought the meat was pretty good and plentiful. I did find it a little dry; however, I had it a few hours after purchasing and had microwaved to reheat, so it would probably be much better fresh.

I've been trying out different taquerias/taco trucks in the San Jose area and was excited to try this place out with all the high rated reviews I read. Came around 8:30 pm no line and ordered an al pastor super burrito and two tacos along with a carne asada quesadilla. Al pastor burrito - good size and price $13, however the al pastor disappointed as it was flavorless and not juicy whatsoever. As I took bites into the burrito, I can usually tell it's seasoned and tender when it has a nice orange liquid sauce around the meat but there was none of that. It was nothing special and as for the green, medium, and spicy sauces they didn't help make the burrito better unfortunately. Al pastor tacos - Again, as I took the first bite of the taco, I was disappointed. Just like the burrito, the meat was not juicy or seasoned. It was quite dry and bland. I almost thought it was not al pastor because it didn't taste like pork for some reason. However, the onion slices on the side was a good addition to the taco. Carne asada quesadilla - Nothing much to it, regular quesadilla with bland meat and cheese. Don't think I would get it again. Overall, the food was average and I don't think I would visit again. There are better taco trucks and taquerias in San Jose that you can guarantee will be worth your dollars.

    All the tacos we ordered!

They pulled up into the empty parking lot at 6:11pm. Set up within minutes and was so good! We got the asada taco, compechanos taco, pastor taco, pastor alambre, and pulled pork (carnitas) burrito. The mild salsa was *chefs kiss*. A slow kicker to tie everything together. Personally, I didn't like the alambre too much, it was a bit difficult to eat. I would probably just stick with the tacos, as they are amazing on their own. Very nice taco truck with great food and a quiet parking lot to sit in.

You can also check out the bar to see if there are empty spots and then you can get seated right away (I didn't know this!). Starting with appetizers, every table gets a complimentary chips and guac which is refillable and very delicious. The chips are very fresh and crispy which pairs well with both sauces. For the entree, my favorite is the salmon bowl. It has salmon, broccolini, sweet potato, quinoa, etc. which all pairs really well together. It's definitely a nutritious meal worth the price. I was surprised that their cheese quesadilla was so good - the flour tortilla is extra crispy and the sour cream, guac and salsa all go well with the pieces. Also another dish worth the price! For the drinks, they have a watermelon seasonal agua fresca and margarita. The watermelon juice is so tasty and refreshing for the summer. Also want to shout out the waiters and how they are so attentive and friendly. They definitely check in on your table a lot. Definitely coming back!

When I tried the food last year, I ordered the Blackened Salmon but asked to have the coleslaw taken out since I don't like it. The cashier didn't mention anything about substitutions at the time, so I only received the fish, mango, and mashed sweet potatoes. While I enjoyed my meal, I wasn't full and figured spending $20 wasn't worth if I wasn't going to get a full meal. What made me come back to Aquis is eating with the same friend who hyped up the place. She told me I could actually get different veggies and try it with the herb sauce. When I did this, it was a game changer!! It was nice that I could enjoy a full meal and the herb sauce is a must every time I dine. It is a creamy, fresh sauce that can be paired with anything. It tasted great with the salmon too. You may be thinking, why not order a different dish if I don't like coleslaw? The thing is, the other dishes here are more of mexican cuisine, and I rather go to an authentic joint. Also, they cook seafood very well! The Blackened Salmon was so good, I actually ate it twice in a row. Funny enough, the worker recognized me from the day before. Aquis is definitely a spot to check out, and they are busy on the weekends!
