Marc was very accommodating and informed me the shotgun was a customer trade-in and was in near new condition. The price was very reasonable - quite a bit cheaper than buying a brand new one, so I bought it. When the gun arrived at my FFL I was amazed. I truly looked new. I emailed Marc to let him know I received it and was impressed with its condition. He promptly emailed me back and said there had been a minor mixup in which the used gun I purchased was accidentally sold twice, so he sent me a brand new gun of the same make and model. This is beyond excellent customer service! He could've contacted me and said the gun was sold and refunded my money but instead sent me a new shotgun at the used gun price. Amazing!

Upon learning this information while having the gun professionally fit it was discovered. We contacted Michael Murphy and Sons and were informed to "get the cast bent, they do it everyday." This response from Marc Murphy was extremely disappointing as we've been searching for this specific type of gun for almost a year. Now we are left we a firearm that either needs a new stock (and possibly fore-end to match) or attempt to sell it to a left-handed female trap shooting gun. I found it rude and distasteful to my group being their customers. Since we were so close to being done, the right thing to do would have just let us finish without trying to kick us out. They offer excellent savings with annual memberships, plus discounted rates for First Responders, Law Enforcement, and Military personnel. The range also features a large selection of gun rentals, so you don't even need to own a firearm to shoot. They even have machine guns available for rental, which adds a fun and unique experience.
