This company has the worst customer service ever. The tech I spoke to multiple times failed to listen to anything I said. And you're lucky if you get a call back or any type of response. I had to pester them multiple times.Then, I had my FFL try to resolve the issue for me and they claimed that I said things I never said to get out of making good on their defective and shitty products. For anyone thinking about purchasing anything from this company I would stay far away and find an alternative. They are overpriced, their customer service sucks, and their products are shitty and unreliable. read more

If you're simply in the market for an expensive, cool looking rifle and you think 1.5" groups at 50 yds is acceptable, then Tactical Solutions has what you need. If you don't mind spending $100 more, to get a very accurate .22 rifle that will shoot sub 1/2" groups at 50 yds., go with a Kidd Innovations rifle. The attached photos are targets that were shot at 50 yds. Both were shot with CCI Green Tag .22 ammo. The group in the first photo measures 1 3/8" and was shot with the Tactical Solutions X-Ring VR rifle. I bought an X-Ring Ruger 10/22 from this company, as you know they are extremely expensive for a .22 rifle. I then purchased their scope mount to have matching equipment. Upon getting the scope mount, it did not fit! However they fabricated this the specs are wrong. It's shocking that a high end rifle company can't make sure their own mount fits THIER rifle. I drove to my local gun smith to have the mount and scope professionally installed on my lunch break, obviously when I got their nothing fit! What a huge waste of my time. Then I called customer service in which they told me they needed to speak to their supervisor, this was on a Thursday. I didn't have a resolution from them until Monday!! That's 5 days and guess what the resolution was? For me to package up the scope mount on my own time and ship it back, so they can send me one that might fit?? The customer service is terrible at this company, it takes 5 days to decide to have me ship back a piece of equipment that doesn't fit. I had ordered a suppressor from this company as well if you can believe that which is sitting at the local firearm store in my area. I asked for the huge inconvenience if they would give me a significant discount on it, makes sense right? They wouldn't give me a cent off and offered me nothing for my troubles. Do not purchase the X-Ring 10/22 takedown if you plan on using a Bipod! If preloading the Bipod the gun will shoot low over five inches or more because of the movement in the barrel. There are spots for a bipod on the gun but Colt with customer service is very condescending and says that it is "common knowledge that you cannot put a bipod on the gun" and reports that he can't do anything to help me with this problem. read more
