He was really nice and was very familiar with the anime show for the design I wanted and it turned out nicely. I expected it to be really painful because it was going to be on my neck ! But I must have high pain tolerance or something because the needle wasn't painful enough to make me scream or fidget around so he was impressed that I was still and quiet the whole time. I would describe the pain as having like 20 of those syringe needles poking you at the same time constantly. So I didn't think it was that bad but everyone is different and it might feel more painful to others.
