Linda was always straightforward, providing as much information as I wanted and open to whatever approach I wanted to take with the structure of the offer, counter-offers and sale, with no pressure or sales pitch in her dealings with me. There were a number of additional problems that I had to deal with and decisions to make because I live in another state, and the unoccupied house suffered a flood after my father died and before we put it on the market.
