My 17 year old had no clue so when I get home and see my cat he is not cut, trimmed and still has burrs in his tail. I gave these guys 2 chances and was not happy either time. I'm not returning. I ended up paying $45 for an hour and a half (it took me 1 hr to blow dry my doodle). It was my first time ever grooming the pup on my own as a doodle can be very labor intensive, but Sit Pretty made it very easy for me to do it and helped me out every time I had a question.

My sister's goofy Golden Retriever Bess enjoyed her time in the country like only she could! She ran off one morning only to return absolutely covered in mud with a good deal of prickly vegetation tangled in her long coat. She also smelled like she rolled around with a dead animal which is actually one of her favorite past times and was crawling with nasty ticks. I tried to help her as much as I possibly could,but after a few minutes,it was clear I needed help from a professional. So, I used my phone to locate the nearest groomer and really lucked out finding this place. They were busy,but agreed to help me on very short notice. Bess took to these people right away and emerged squeaky clean,smelling good with no ticks or prickly things in her fur. As soon as we walked in the owner Nancy was extremely patient and gentle with her and even took the time to sit on the floor and play with her and ease her in to the grooming! It's obvious she is a pet lover and very educated on animals and the grooming process. Everyone there was so nice and professional. They told me they could only do a bath since she was so terrified. I asked why they didn't just call and I would have picked her up a long time ago. They said they tired to call. I said when? I had been checking my phone all afternoon and there been no call. She said she thought it was something the way their phones worked and when they call if the number not in my contacts it goes to spam. OK we all know how phones work so that's a lie. Bottom line they are totally incompetent and I would never go back there again. Also the dog was still wet when I picked her up.

A few days go by and my fish hasn't eaten. She let me grab the wrong fish food without saying anything as I was looking at her for approval. The pellets are too big for a beta. As a beginner, I did not know that. Not only did I waste money and will be going back for a refund tomorrow, but I hope my fish is still alive by then as they are closed right now. Please make sure your staff is educated and capable of giving advice to keep animals safe, and if they aren't, they shouldn't be dealing with customers. I have gotten many animals from Petsmart and know some staff are really nice and helpful, but the brunette with the side bang hairstyle thing was not.
