The staff was professional, they were very attentive and very friendly. The place was clean and the sound system is good. This staff was on top of everything from making sure people had drinks to cleaning the tables and making sure the tables stay clean. Booking was washing going and they are very willing to work within any budget to give you the best event you can possibly have. I would recommend this place to anyone for any event. We recently hosted a bridal shower for a friend and it was such a bad experience. The owner or manager was very unprofessional over the phone. The two assistants were incredibly rude. An attitude for literally everything that came out of their mouths. They were also dressed like they were going to hang out (hoodies and sneakers). I was really surprised by this. We also had very little help setting up. They spent most of their time in the kitchen talking to each other. The only thing they really did was serve the food and clean up, but we really could have used their help in other ways. It angers me because people already see the Bronx as a less than ideal part of the city, and I was really optimistic after seeing the space initially and reading reviews, but I guess I was wrong. Overall, if you're going for a space with unprofessional workers that are mostly useless to host your event, you're at the right place.
