The team showed up on time, worked carefully, and didn't rush anything. My siding looked almost new after the wash, and the windows were so clean it felt like someone removed the glass completely. The gutter cleaning was a big help too, I usually dread that part, but they handled it professionally. So.... I say, Gee 3 spots huh? as I walk by. He immediately in anger says, there are 7 other spots lady. We've been here 1/2 hour. No worries I say. I carry in an armful of towels, heavy, to wash and Mike starts screaming at me across the parking lot as I take a picture of his truck from the laundromat door, 20 feet away. "Old lady, no one cares about you, old lady. No one cares about you old lady. No one to carry your clothes old lady? No one cares about you old lady and repeats a few more times before he leaves. We had bubbles to our home yesterday. The arrival time was set for 8-10 am. The technician arrived…read moreat 11:00 and for our home the company sent 1 technician (the previous cleaning required 2 people) and the technician was here for 6 hours. Our windows have streaks all over and when I let my dogs out into my fenced yard I discovered that the technician had left my gate open despite signs alerting people to keep gates closed due to dogs. I called to make payment and was never asked how my service was and when I let them know the issues I had was coldly thanked for my information. I would not recommend Bubbles.
