I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over 6 months. I have gone to the website and submitted a cancelation form. I sold the car that had the subscription in May of 2025, but the website requires a code from the windshield sticker which was removed when I sold the car and do not have the sticker. There is no one to call and they have been charging me for a year. Then just this month I got an additional charge...makes my head explode. My next step is to just cancel my card to get rid of this subscription. This is a terrible comapny to deal with read more

Today Take 5 car wash tried to force me into a members only lane by shutting down the non-member lane. I tried to use a member lane to purchase a non-member car wash but was unsuccessful, they tried to force me into a membership. I went back to the closed non-member lane and tried it anyway. I paid for my car wash and went right through. When I arrived at the wash entrance they insisted I tried to buy a membership and were insistent I provide them with my information. I refused and told them the non-member lane was closed. The beligerant supervisor insisted the lane was down for maintenance and that I had purchased a membership. I once again told her the car wash forced me into a membership lane. She said the lane was down for maintenance, this was blatently false. Upon leaving the car wash 5 minutes later the lane was magically open after my confrontation. The car wash works well, and the employees should be schooled on consumer fraud. read more

I went to this car wash on Saturday. My Take 5 prepaid monthly pass did not work but the situation was handled with a smile and very professional. The detail center was stocked well and my experience at this location was very good. I will be returning again. read more

Do not sign up for a subscription. It is next to impossible to cancel. The salesmen lied and said there was not an auto renew. He said if more than a month went by I would have to confirm a new month when I came for a new wash. My car is garage kept an does not need a monthly wash. I recently saw that I have been getting charged monthly for this service. He lied. I then went to cancel. There are layers built in to frustrate the customer from being able to cancel. What do you do before you take off on a road trip? You get your car washed and detailed. After many stops running errands my bestie decided to get this done before we get in the road. The workers where dressed up uniforms ar the front. They fancy. The process is pretty quick. Pick what you want done from the machine and they direct you when to put your car on the belt. They give you air fresheners. You go through the car wash. Always and fun/scary experience lol and then afterward you pull into a covered shelter where they do the detailing. Now the difference with this place is the lounge where you wait for your car to be done is pretty nice. They have a television, nice bathroom, table and chairs, sofas and wing chairs and some snacks and coffee or water. But most of all some good air. When the car is done they bring it over to you. This place is a win win. read more

Truck was kinda dirty so I stopped by yesterday and got a wash. Well to start off afterwards my truck was still dirty with some new scratches !! Less than half clean. Rims were still nasty but the drivers side was cleaner than right side cause the attendant didn't walk around to the other side. Paid for the second best and got soap and a rub a rinse and that was it didn't even get the air dry , it's like it just quit. The window cleaner provided is so watered down it wouldn't clean squat. A little expensive but you get what you pay for, plus free (good) vacuums. They wipe down your vehicle before you enter. I didn't get the full service but the $15.00 dollar wash. Was very satisfied with the results. Probably, will become a monthly member for unlimited washes, after 2 washes it'll pay for itself. Thanks googoo! read more

Took my van to get full service. The young guys were playing and goofing off. He opened the back door to van and shut it. I had a spill in it they didn't clean up. I have to tell them to clean it. Don't know if I will go back. read more

12 Noon on a Sunday at the absolute SLOWEST 3 minute car wash I've ever experienced. I waited 6-8 minutes just to get to the car wash and I was 3rd in line. Then got a half-assed scrub from the car was guy before leading me into the 60 second "wash". My car looks like it just got rained on, nothing more. Let me make clear, the Tifton Goo Goo is FAR better and I had high expectations here in Albany. I was.sorely disappointed. Never again. I'll go to a.self-service wash next time. read more

Service has always been good for years but they have one rude employee named CARLOS I don't understand why he still works there

I paid to get the most expensive car wash and when I was done with the wash there were still lots of bugs left on my hood. None had been removed. The back of the car still had wet dirt on it that hadn't been washed off I had to scrub it off with a towel. Not only that but they had run out of air fresheners and when I asked for one the guy said we're out so I asked if I could get a free one out of the vending machine and he said no you have to pay 1.50 for that but the sign up front said the air freshener was included in the wash. I love coming to the Goo-Goo car wash. For the most part the staff is friendly and always smiling. Majority of the time I purchase the full service wash and my only complaint is that they ONLY PLAY CNN news while there. I would rather they play the local news station if they insist on broadcasting the news channels. There have been a few times I got the hit or miss wash job but more often than not they do great! Much more reasonable prices than other car washes in Albany. read more

My car was damaged and GooGoo's is refussing to pay for the damages. Said it was not their fault that their car wash dragged my car into a truck that got stuck in their car wash, breaking my grill and scraching my car. Horrible customer service by attendant in charge of prewash area. My wheel wells were muddy, and I asked to have it sprayed down with the garden hose. My request was greeted with an attitude and a snarky look. The workers in the ugrade area were friendly, courteous, and did their job well. read more

I have been coming to Goo Goo Car Wash for years! This was the worst visit I have ever had! They barely vacuumed the inside, didn't wipe down the inside at all. My tires weren't done, boy was that $25 a waste of my money! I will find another place to have my car washed! read more
