If I told you that you could drive up, get an oil and filter change refilled with synthetic oil, as well as a window clean and tire pressure fill for about $80 in less than 30 minutes? You'd probably think I was crazy. This was easily the best experience I've had for an oil change, and the only time I can remember being told it would take so quick. Everything was done to PERFECTION by Jayce, Ashley, Star, and Rob. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is done waiting over 3-4 hours for an oil change that costs usually double what you'll be charged at Take 5 Oil Change. So I have taken my vehicle here a few times and each time I did I had issues with sensors after I left, always the same sensor, I quit going there and no more issues after oil changes, but that is not the worst, my daughter went there and they put some engine treatment in her engine her being a single mom she doesn't know any better, she leaves and the very next day here engine is giving her problems, take 5 had it picked up by a auto shop from across the street from them and now they are telling her she needs a whole new engine, that's funny the engine has less than 85,000 on it and shouldn't have these issues, just so happens we know of three others that just in the last week have also had issues with take 5 (same shop) so is this some scam that these two shops are running on single moms and other innocent people, well her car will be sent to another shop to get a second opinion. Don't trust take 5. They only get one stars from us, and that's because I had to put something. read more

Came in late on a Sunday. This was the only place that was open. As soon as me and my Girlfriend arrived they offered us bottles of water and began the process of the oil change. I was about 3,000 miles over my oil change due date (Yes it's embarrassing), but I went here today to get a quick oil change and I loved it. The staff is so friendly and so kind it was awesome. I would give 5 stars just for the manager alone! I have been to this oil shop a few times and every time there is something exciting going on (and not in the good way). I used to refuse to go to this oil shop until the new manager took over (tall, bearded, dark hair) He is always professional and respectful to the staff and customers. Even when the blonde girl refuses to work and will just stand there when they are clearly understaffed. The manager will get under cars, fill fluids and do a million other things at the same time. I have been there when he is the only one there doing it all by himself. I went in today around 1:30-2:00 and saw two employees walk off the job when there was a line of cars out of the parking lot. The manager already looked like he had his hands full. I think he was training a new hire. He was obviously upset but kept his cool and didn't allow this situation to slow him down. I felt so bad for the manager I decided to get my oil done another day. You can't find this type of work ethics anywhere anymore. Whatever this guy is making its not enough. read more

i have taking my fleet of vans to this location and today they tell me they can't do the oil change on one of them because of an issue with the drain plug they have done them before on this van just back in feb the same van and now today they won't do it so i am done with the take 5 on wadsworth in arvada so i will not be back and all my people will be told to do the same read more

I had been putting off my oil change for several weeks and I was DETERMINED to get it done this weekend. I called around on Sunday and most places were either closed or appointment only. Take 5 had a bit of a wait but they apologized several times and said they were short staffed. Plus I got water, tire pressure checked, windshield cleaned, and they even zip-tied up the cover hanging under my car (something my boyfriend had promised to do for weeks). I left feeling very accomplished and happy. The staff was so nice and I loved watching the way they worked together- they seemed to have great communication and enjoyed their job!
