You pull right in & there's a pit right underneath so they can service your car for whatever needs you may have. Never recommended they will mess up your vehicle. Don't go there spread theworld.I went to get an oil change as normal and during so the technician told me that he will l check the air condition filter for me, He opened my glove box and took out the lock caps and checked my air condition filter during so some how he had lost the cap to lock the glove box and when telling him so he said that is was not a big deal and did not offer me a replacement or any discount for the inconvenience. Is it sincere, or is it incentive based? Don't know. Don't care. They give you a little extra to make you think of them first when you need some quick touch up work. No specific issues with the nearby competition but after a half dozen or so visits of rolling my crap du jour into this garage it's come out happier. I was about due for an oil change and didn't have time to schedule one with my normal mechanic. I came in on a Saturday and was probably there a total of 20 minutes. My mechanic typically takes an hour or more, even with an appointment. My air filter definitely had to be changed too. They showed me the old one and then showed me the new one prior to installing it, so I knew they weren't just putting the old one back in. They suggested a new rear wiper, but for the price they quoted me, I was able to buy three online and I can replace them myself. Thanks for the heads up though. Me and my husband came to this location an hour before closing for a simple oil change. After sitting there waiting for the mechanic, he proceeded to tell us we had a massive oil leak and that he could not do the oil change. So we left and drove home where we had the car parked all night. We checked to see and there was absolutely no signs of an oil leak. Stay far away from this place. They will drain fluids to make you come back or destroy your car. Reported to their management and their silence indicated they are guilty of destroying vehicles, loosening hoses to cause all fluids to empty. I went here for the first time recently and was amazed at the efficiency. The staff works in pairs and trios, follows a specific protocol for ensuring all parts of the oil change are followed, and I was really in and out in only a few minutes! The price is super reasonable, no upcharge for the quick service. There was also no attempt to pressure me for extra services or expensive oil. I knew I needed a new air filter but they did not have mine in stock. Alas, they offered to install when I purchased one for no charge at a later time.
