I was honestly a bit hesitant based on the reviews as well as a personal experience from a friend, but there aren't many options in Kingman for brake service so I rolled the dice. My car was seen promptly in reference to my appointment, it took a little more than thirty minutes but again, they were busy. While sitting in the waiting area I overheard them do their best to see customers without appointments, even patiently dealing with an exceptionally rude woman that made her appointment for the wrong day. I suspect she knew she scheduled the appointment for the next day but had been unable to get an appointment she wanted, she came in looking for a fight, that said they were very professional in dealing with her and as much as it irked me that she believed she could bully people in that way, they did make room for car to be serviced, it was the right move as a business, but unfair for the employees to have to deal with her. Rant over, back to the service that I received, after the inspection Tim told me that my brakes were fine, practically new as were the rotors, I had nothing to worry about. As a woman I'm used to mechanics attempting to take advantage of me, especially at larger chain businesses, I was very impressed with the honesty. Tim pointed out a few things that I should service like my tires, which they don't do, they weren't trying to sell me anything just keeping me informed. There was no charge for the inspection, because of the honest business approach I will definitely be returning when I do need to have my brakes replaced.

My Corvette needed a front end alignment and I made a appointment giving them all the vehicle…read moreinformation. They had a oil change special $29.99, but didn't stock Mobile1 oil or Corvette filters. I was told to bring in my own and they would do it. I dropped of my car with the oil and filter. When I returned I was told their alignment rack was designed for trucks and not sports cars and I was charged $33.00 for a $29.99 oil change using my own parts. I own 9 different car and if brake masters would of done the right thing, their business would be upped by 9 cars. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else.

Said an hour & 1\2 at most. Over FOUR hours later, they were done. Went to that car wash and they had put our windshield wipers on WRONG after they removed them to replace the battery. Review for Tireworks (Kingman, AZ) and Sun Auto Corporate…read more AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A complete waste of time and money, followed by months of corporate incompetence. My ordeal with Tireworks began in early May 2025 when I took my truck to the Kingman, AZ location for an AC issue. They charged me over $400 to replace a sensor and recharge the system, claiming they had checked for leaks with dye and found none. A week later, my AC was blowing hot again. When I called them from out of town, the Kingman manager became rude and dismissive, telling me to "bring it back" and then hanging up. Unwilling to trust them again, I took my truck to Sansone Auto in Henderson, NV. Their diagnostic found the real problem: a leaking condenser that Tireworks had supposedly "checked." Sansone also informed me that there was no dye in my AC system, directly contradicting what I was told by Tireworks. Not only did Tireworks miss the main issue, but the Sansone mechanic also discovered that the sensor Tireworks had installed was bent and improperly inserted, causing further problems. After spending another $1,000 to get my AC properly fixed, my truck was still acting up because of Tireworks' shoddy sensor installation. This is where the nightmare got worse. I called the Kingman Tireworks store manager to demand a refund. His attitude was hostile, and he repeatedly told me to "bring it in" despite my having documentation from another shop proving their error. He then tried to pawn me off on a different Tireworks location in Vegas, whose manager apologized for the Kingman manager's behavior. For months, I have been dealing with Sun Auto corporate customer support--a journey of empty promises and a shocking lack of accountability. I've sent my documentation to multiple representatives (specifically, a woman named Stephanie and a district manager named Shawn) and have been given constant assurances that a refund was being processed. Each time, I'd wait for a call or email that never came. I've been told I needed to provide more documentation, only to be told the next week that they had everything they needed. Over the course of months, I've been lied to, ignored, and given the runaround. The district manager, Shawn, finally called me back after I had to chase him down. He promised a refund and told me they had "let go" the Kingman manager, as if that would fix everything. It didn't. The refund never arrived. The last promise was a phone call (which I initiated) with instructions on a Zelle refund, and again, a week later, nothing. This entire experience--from the initial botched repair, to the multiple mechanical issues it created, to the endless months of chasing a refund from a completely incompetent corporate team--has been a complete disaster. Tireworks' negligence cost me over $1,000 in additional repairs, wasted countless hours of my time, and put me through an infuriating process with Sun Auto corporate. Save yourself the headache. Take your business elsewhere.
