This was my first time in this place. the place was brand new looking and clean. we got the crab ragoon and it was ok. The tom kai soup had a good flavor. The papaya salad was good. My wife really liked her meal.....it was pad kra paow with crispy beef. I got the pad woon sen. My son got the pad se ew. Both of our meals were tasteless, hardly had any sauce on it. Ramen noodles have more flavor. I told the owner and she said ask for extra sauce in the future. You shouldn't have to ask for extra sauce. It should be tasty in the first place. I would not return for over priced tasteless food. Go to Amazing thai or time for thai. They do give military discount.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! The taste is BEYOND DELICIOUS! The high rate did not lie! I've had bland Tom Kha soup but not here! And their papaya salad is just devine! The atmosphere is very inviting and the restaurant staff is very friendly, like extremely! I am not exaggerating about this place! I just wish I was a local and not from Texas I've had Pad Thai here too to go, but had never dined in. I will definitely make this place a weekly stop for me.

I was here at 2:15 pm a few came and went and quite a few carry outs. Last time it was lunch time and was full.

I left a review a few months back and due to living further away and pace of life have not made it back. I've tried, believe me. I got off early today and came over. WHAT A WAY TO BEGIN MY DERBY WEEKEND! Delicious and I don't care if it's traditional Derby cuisine or not. This time I got the yellow curry and coconut milk bowl with chicken. The way it comes is delicious, but I like a variety of veggies, so at a nominal up charge I added a few (Napa cabbage, carrots and green onion), along with cashews. I'm not a dainty eater, but I could not hold it all and am looking forward to the remainder later tonight. Their food is superb. Clean, fresh and oh so tasty (I am on the whimp side of hot things) and their mild was perfect for me. Smiled and friendly greetings are tied for first with the meticulously clean appearance. I wish they were closer to me.

We went on a quiet night for dinner. I got a Thai tea beverage and ordered the pad kee mao with level 2 spiciness. It was too mild for me so our amazing server brought the pepper rack over so I could add more to my dish. He was also very accommodating and brought more fish sauce to the table upon request. The Thai tea was a tad too sweet but still good. We ordered the chicken egg rolls and they were ok, the wrappers were thick and chewy, the chicken filling had an even amount of veggies also. The crab Rangoon was pleasantly filled with real crab, they were so tasty! The food overall is delicious and we'll be back to try other dishes.

What an amazing restaurant. From the first visit, we felt welcomed by the owners; Chris, Ann & their staff. While the restaurant is a relatively small space, it packs in great customer service and tasty dishes. My husband and I have sampled almost all of the appetizers and a few dishes from each category - curries, fried rice, salads, soups and stirfried noodles. All are well made with the right balance of salty, sweet, and sour. You can pick your heat level and use a tray of condiments to increase the heat, if needed. They have a nicely curated beer and wine list. All to pair well with the food. If you have room there are a few dessert options.

I will be a regular customer! Our first visit was absolutely great! Lovely and clean place…read more Customer service was wonderful. Our waitress checked with us frequently and made sure our glasses were full and that our food was good. It was absolutely delicious! My friends really enjoyed their drunken noodles and my pineapple fried rice chicken was great. Very flavorful and the proper texture. The rice was not too dry/overcooked as at other places. The portions were very generous. We all took home leftovers to savor later. So, it really is very reasonably priced also!

I usually don't "come heavy" on a first time review, but this needs to be said:…read more Good food isn't enough for a high rating. Service & integrity is half the process. The food last night was quality; the pad thai, jalapeño beef, spring rolls, shrimp fried rice, etc ... all kicked ass & we took home plenty of Sunday dinner/Saturday leftovers. So here's my 'suggestion/watch out' negative to all who read this - 8 minutes to serve the apps - not bad. But then nothing from a waitress with 2 tables who were already eating. We were her only other table. The apps were followed by 35 min to deliver 6 plates of rice & noodles ... that's unacceptable. I suggest your staff be trained better, & that the owner/manager (she was there) help out when a table is ignored like we were. There were 4 2-tops and a 3-top when we arrived, and one 3-top came in after us. We waited until after the dinner rush for a reason. So. That's my suggestion. Service speed & pacing is half the tip, if not more. Now ... (clears throat) ... here's my 'watch out' - the server handed me a bill with a 20% gratuity already on the bill; and the tax was generated ON THE TOTAL WITH THAT TIP!! No notice on the menu or anywhere about large parties & automatic tip policy. Nothing. And 2 adults + 4 kids (ages 6-12) with no high chairs ... that's not a large party anywhere I've heard. Now back to the overcharge ... that's a violation worthy of mention to y'all Yelpers, & to the licensure offices in Louisville city & Jefferson County. If this business has done this previously & kept that excess tax ... that's a federal violation that can shut a restaurant forever. Now ... I don't like reporting small businesses in general nor will I report them for this tactic. But Yelpers need to know, & watch for this. This nonsense has to stop, and no amount of good food makes up for these abuses. It happens often. Be aware. Aftermath: the boss removed the gratuity when I told her what happened. She was nervous as hell (as she should've been). Her reaction gave me the feeling that either she had knowledge of this practice OR she realized her server had put her business in peril ... but she was REALLY edgy & apologetic afterwards. With all if this, I didn't use it as an excuse to NOT tip. I waited & bartended for over 20 years myself. I left 15%, which is very kind considering what they tried to pull off. But the food was excellent. I took no photos. The rooms are fairly industrial park & not much in the way of stylish. I don't count that off on the gratuity or blame employees. The boss makes that choice. She needs to address placing boxes in aisles & cleaning products here & there; it makes for less than pleasing ambiance in any eatery. I'm tempted to avoid this place, but in a week or so, I intend to go back and let the boss read this (if they don't see it sooner) and tell me what's what. I'm open to correction, so is anyone... or any business. Maybe we'll shake hands & I'll leave with a bag full of food. After all... it was good the first time, and I'm a fat bastard. I need my carbs! So ... if you read this far ... God bless you. See you next rant...

We ordered carry out from All Thai'd Up, a new restaurant in the former home of Gasthaus. Ordering on Toast was easy, and the food was ready quickly. A friendly employee passed it right to me When I walked in the door. The spot feels cozy and inviting, and I would love to go back and dine in again soon. The food stayed warm throughout the drive back. Everything we tried tasted wonderful - from the mango sticky rice to the pad see ew, and the pad Thai. Portions are a generous size and I ate most of my dinner, leaving about 1/3 of it for another time. This is one spot I'll be adding to my list to hit up again!

The crackers are extremely thin and makes a mess unlike the traditional rice crackers usually served this dip. We ordered pad kraw pao and boat noodles for entrees. The pad kraw pao was extremely salty. Almost inedible but the rice saved it kind of. I regret not tasting the liquid before spooning it on to my rice though. The boat noodles tasted off. Like the blood added for an emulsifier was old or the temperature was off when add. It really threw the soup flavor off that even adding condiments couldn't save. For dessert we got mango sticky rice and the coconut ice cream. They both looked delicious. However salted coconut cream that was on top of the ice cream was ridiculously salty too. Luckily we didn't pour it on the mango sticky rice and were able to control the saltiness. I really wanted to like this place since it was advertised as authentic Thai and I'm always searching for that but unfortunately the food just didn't hit. And it may be authentic in technique but the flavor is not for me. But there were plenty of other patrons that seemed to enjoy their food.

First impressions: very clean facility, very warm and welcoming owner (Trieck was his name) and his adorable daughter doing homework by the cash register. He very kindly explained how he understands that vegetarian pho does not have meat And that he has the Buddhist version of the pho that his mom eats. I ordered to go because I wanted to run next door to their grocery section. I love me a good Vietnamese grocery store and products from all over the world. Pho is typically eaten at the establishment to make sure that the fix-ins and the method of consumption is 10 on 10 aka it does not hold very well when transported. I was happy to find that they had done such a great job packaging all the fixings and the soup. Very generous portions. I proceeded with the taste test. I have learned from my Vietnamese friends that you never add condiments to your soup right off the bat. You must savor the soup the way it is the first couple times to truly get all the flavors in before you start adding stuff . This was excellently seasoned broth base. The base was just perfect to me. After creating the whole experience at home, I can say I truly did enjoy eating pho from here. Good vegetarian phos are hard to come by and I will definitely return to try their other delicacies. If I had a couple words of wisdom, I think the soup could use a few more pieces of vegetables and tofu. But overall, I throughly enjoyed my meal and will return.
