He explained all of the different packages and helped me select what was best for our needs; he didn't try to upsell anything, he just listened to what we wanted and helped me pick the best option for us. Several weeks before the wedding, my dad passed away unexpectedly. Matt and his team did an amazing job making some pivots in our original plan and capturing the true joy of our day. In our final meeting the week before the wedding, he really listened to what we wanted, how I was feeling, and what I wanted included and excluded from the video. He captured several beautiful tributes to my dad without making a single part of any of the videos anything other than joyful. We were literally over the moon after seeing the proofs from our maternity session - I absolutely LOVED what she captured of our family that was on the verge of adding a new member!!! So of course we were hoping to schedule her for newborn shots for us as well. The newborn session was also an extended family session (grandparents, great grandparents) and was, for me as the mom, very very hectic to get everyone ready for picture time. But again, Ashley and Brittaney were both highly professional, kind, patient, and rolled with the hiccups that come with juggling a newborn, a stressed-out newly-postpartum mama, young kids at the end of the day, and 90+ year old great grandparents. Stephanie was responsive, communicative and thoughtful in our conversation. She was available via email and telephone and replied more swiftly than I would have even expected.
