Ordered an item on 28th May. Item was listed as being in stock. A package arrived at start of July,…read moreit had the correct order number but the wrong item in it. I checked the website and my order was showing as completed. I e mailed attaching photos of the item they sent asking for a returns label as the error wasn't mine. No reply after 7 days so I chased them up. A courier was chosen by them, a returns label sent to me. I posted it and photographed the receipt and docket and emailed them to customer services asking the correct item is sent without further delay, after all I'd only been waiting 5 weeks. They declined stating they would send my item once they had the incorrect item back to exchange even though they acknowledged the error was theirs and this in spite of them having proof of postage and full online tracking via the courier whom they chose. So here I am 7 weeks after initial purchase with no item and waiting for a refund, just glad it wasn't time critical. The website has a good range of products and the prices are reasonable hence the 2 stars. This is however offset by plain poor, inflexible customer service, poor attention to detail in filling orders & dreadfully slow despatch despite items being listed as in stock. I'm going to spend my money elsewhere.
