They seem to care about and value their staff, so the atmosphere is comfortable and always friendly. They are NOT snobby, so if you just want a cut on the hoof, or because you want to save a bit in these lean days, they don't give you the 'why are you so cheap' treatment I have had from other hairdressers. They are cosmopolitan in style as well as being local, so good for a maintenance cut or a complete re-style. They deserve their good reputation. I have visited on three different occasions, pedicure, hair up do for a ball event and a lash consult. On all visits the staff were super professional and paid a lot of attention to detail.
