I was concerned until we met with Ulla Bruner from Moab Event Services. She was organized, creative, efficient and caring. She knows all the vendors in town and works well with them. A couple of weeks before the wedding she took over all the communications with the photographer, outside ceremony site, reception site, caterers, etc. Every tiny detail was taken care of and all the bride, groom and their families had to do the day of the wedding was to enjoy. I cannot recommend her more highly!!!!

I wanted a topless tent with Bistro Lights and he had the guys rig up exactly what we wanted. They were such a pleasure to work with! We rented Tents, Tables, Chairs, Linens, Lights, EVERYTHING! The crew that came to set up went above and beyond in carrying the PA system down a bumpy 100 yd trail to our ceremony site. The only complaint would be that one of our space heaters didn't work and I could have been better informed of how things worked with the bistro lights
