Waited 15 minutes; he walked by me several times, never acknowledged me, and made sure he was getting the other vehicles in and would not speak to me. They say this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but I will be the first one to tell you that if you are not satisfied, they will NOT do anything about it, and they are only out to get the money and see how many people they can screw for the day. Completely shattered the middle of my windshield but praise God I still had great visibility from my driver side view. I pulled over onto the shoulder of the road and called various repair shops in towns along the remainder of my route seeing if anyone could fix my windshield along my way. This incident occured around 3 pm on a Friday afternoon and every place I called advised they needed to order a new windshield and the quickest time they could repair it would be the following Tuesday. That didn't work for my schedule. Luckily while I was calling around, my dad was also calling around to repair shops in the Odessa/Midland area. Alas, he found our hero, the amazing, Dante at Onyx Tint! Dante was able to order the part and went into the shop BY HIMSELF the very next morning, while the rest of the Onyx staff was off for the day and repaired my windshield within the time it took my dad and I to have a nice breakfast at nearby, Jimmy's Egg and to do a little shopping nearby. Rain was also in the forecast for the day and Dante got us outta the way and back home to Odessa with my vehicle spotlessly repaired before the rain began. I can not give Dante/Onyx Tint enough praise for this amazing above and beyond service I received! Thanks to Dante there was no disruption to my Odessa trip, I was able to travel back safely to Houston without worry and my windshield looks good as new. Bravo and a million gazillion praises to Dante! I will recommend you and Onyx Tint to any and everyone who might need windshield repair. I've called numerous times and seem to be getting a run around. I had window tinting put on my car…read morein October 2015 and it is bubbling and peeling off. I no longer live in Texas and simply was trying to find out where I can take it in my area to get it repaired/replaced as I was told it had a lifetime warranty when I purchased it. It is hard to recommend a place to anyone when the customer service after the sale is so poor.

Took my super car in to get tinted and the wrap to be repaired under warranty due to it peeling…read moreoff. They skipped a lot places that were peeling saying "we arent going to redo all of it". Then put a brow on the windshield without covering the dash then my dash, deck, and electronics got soaked. My kenwood deck got fried. They said we arent responsible for electronics. I double checked the address on google and found they moved. I arrived and was greated immediately by the nice lady on the phone. She said that they were finishing up on two vehicles and I would be next. They stripped the old tint and installed legal ceramic tint. Great prices, great service and highly recommended.

Then arrived to my appointment on time and no one was even there yet at 8am, finally 5 min went by and employees showed up and I was given another estimate that was more cost but still reasonable, being I had an older model car with some older tint on it. Then an hour goes by with my car still at exclusive tint and I get a call that the price would be even more now because my car had some type of "glue" on it. The price has now changed 3 times and gone up by $300. I finally after 6.5 hours got to get my vehicle and the price was CHANGED again! I go onto ask and they tell me due to taxes it was that amount but it just did not add up. So I pay and later on call back because my tint is lighter than I expected and turns out they indeed over charge me after I even asked 2 times!! i was frustrated by now and the lady in the front wasn't even going to tell me all the requirements for after care until I asked myself. I was refunded the amount but I was not given a call back just a text that it was done.I wanted and still want a broken down re of the services and all the prices, but they could not give me that and still have not. I would not recommend unless you want unprofessional staff and to pay over $500 for some tint that is not even what you asked for.
