Mikael instructed his snow removal workers only to do the butt end of our driveways even if we paid for the full driveway this year. I had an urgent hospital appointment this morning and was stuck but managed to get out probably doing damage to my underbody of my vehicle because this company as decided to postpone the removal of our snow in our driveway. Just call the phone number and you will get busy signals and or these long messages of hot air stating that they will evently show up in the coming days at there own pace hoping that the clients will do most of the work fort them. I told the operator that it would of taken 10 extra seconds like previous years to remove my snow from the driveway as my vehicle is in the garage at all times. He agreed with me and told me that the company did not hire enough staff to perform the contracted work and just collecting all our money in a big pot of gold at our costs and hardships.
