A complete and utter waste of money. She didn't show to meetings she scheduled, was disorganized and consistently unprepared, and was unable to source vendors/negotiate contracts. We are not the only ones to have a negative experience and she has been blocking and deleted reviews from public sites to not impact her business. As someone who works a full-time demanding job, I hired a planner to relieve the stress and help build a vision and help bring that to life. My biggest mistake was not firing Elle early in the process and finding a new planner once she proved unable to execute and unprofessional. Her communication with other vendors was unprofessional and she went as far as to delete the Google business page to prevent me from providing a review. She made errors on our contracts, had poor communication with vendors and was beyond disorganized up to and including our wedding. Learn from our mistakes and DO NOT HIRE!

Missy loves flowers and really takes the time to track down beautiful blooms that make all our parties feel special. She even sources each of my wedding bouquet flowers every year so my husband can send them to me for our anniversary. Recently we did a tea party themed birthday and Missy and her team created a unique floral arrangement for 12 different tea cups, a tea pot, and creamer and sugar bowl. The final product was magical. Every person at the party commented how how beautiful the flowers were and how they really made the entire theme come to life. Plus, they smelled fantastic. It felt like we were in a garden! I live more than 1000 miles away from Tallahassee, where we had our wedding and had only one meeting with Missy - though I had Amy at Papaya Planning helping me work with her. The flowers were beautiful for both the ceremony and reception. All we did was send her images of the items we wanted to follow and she and her team did an amazing job setting it all up for us. She was also able to provide us with different vases and decorations to hold the flowers along with mercury glass votives.
