Because of their lake front location we thought it would be expensive. We were pleasantly surprised at their good prices and our ability to buy over the phone. More impressive, they were willing to deliver the same day! The delivery guys showed up within a few hours with masks and great attitudes. I highly recommend Krahn's and will be buying more furniture there in the future!

We have purchased 4 large cost items from People's. 2 of the 4 were 5 star and involved…read moreappliances. The other 2 involved special order furniture and both times the delivery time was longer than expected or promised. On April 4th we ordered a bedroom set that we were told would take 8-12 weeks. On July 7th we were told it was on the truck enroute from Pennsylvania. On July 28 we were promised delivery no later than the 2nd of August as the truck was due on 7-31 or 8-1. Matt promised that it would be delivered Friday or Saturday depending on what day it arrived. The freight wasn't delivered to People's until Saturday morning. By the time delivery is finally made it will have been 18 weeks from purchase to delivery. After calming down I realized that the problem didn't lie with People's primarily. The reached out and explained the situation and satisfied me that they did their best but the delivery from manufacture to them was out of their control.

It was wired wrong from the get-go and didn't use cold water. Most of the time service was good, but there were a couple of disappointing times over the years. It's a good sized store front but they have a lot crammed onto the sales floor. We made our way through through the store and they have some pretty pieces available. Tea sets, furniture, clothes. Surprisingly, I was quite taken back on some of the pricing her. I found an old birdcage and they wanted almost 200 bucks for it. That is some crazy business. Some salad bowl sets were 10 cause I couldn't imagine pricing anything above that. A tea set for 175 dollars. As full the store was with product, nothing really stuck out to me. To be honest, this place had a thrift store vibe with crazy pricing. Is everything vintage? No. It's a neat store if you're willing to maneuver your way through all the clutter. The pricing is out of this world and you can probably find similar things at the Idaho Youth Ranch for a quarter of the cost. It was neat that we made it in to check out but it just wasn't my cup of tea.

Leah is an incredible teacher and guided us gently through every step. We drank wine, laughed, learned, and created together in the delightful learning space and to our surprise we created beautiful art!
