I stayed here a while ago and my stay was so bad, that after complaining to the management, they offered me a free stay. When I wanted to arrange the stay, the current manager, Vanessa, returned my call after leaving many messages, one month later! She had me contact the Reservation desk to make the arrangements. This took 6 phone calls and 3 emails, and when we did arrive, the reception did not have a record of my reservation.
The room was poorly maintained, with curtains hanging off the hooks and mold in the shower. The bed cover was so old and ratty, that I did not want to put it on my body. Just to make it all perfectly terrible, when I retrieved my car from the parking lot that the Hotel's guests must use someone had attempted to break in to my car. When I told the front desk about this, they said it was not their responsibility.
This hotel suffers from poor management. Even though they blame most problems on their proximity to the ocean, the real truth is that it is simply not maintained or managed properly, and guests don't seem to be appreciated. There are definitely many better hotels in the area for much lower cost. read more
