We felt that they were prompt in both verbal and written communication (you know there's a ton of paperwork involved), but even more than that, they were patient, kind and very pleasant to work with and that's the kind of service you can't really put a number on. I can't confirm or explain it, but I also felt like Wendy has connections or an extensive network within the community that has been cultivated for years. She never said anything to that effect, but I just FELT it. The proof came in the form of immediate and full price or better than full price offers. You can say that's due to a good market, but there's a similar home down the street that went on the market before ours, and it's still for sale. If nothing else, she definitely is in tune with the pulse of the market. Another thing, Wendy had an accident during the sale of our home that out her in the hospital and out of the network for a short time, but they weren't sure if it would be longer. You know she's running a fine-tuned business, because they never missed a beat...her backup plan was immediately out into action and her employees covered down and I wouldn't have noticed if someone hadn't told me. We've sold/purchased many homes (+/- 8) and I feel this is the best help we've received from a REALTOR. Additionally, I think the pictures taken of our home, were the best ever taken to be posted online when marketing the home.
