My 8 year old wanted her hair cut, my 11 year old wanted some color, and we ended up with both for each of them. They are ecstatic about their hair! It was worth the treat to see their excitement. Haircuts are just $17.95 with temporary color starting at $10. I'd say it's probably $10 for boys and doubles for girls. My girls went with steaks and tips, and I love the way it turned out too. Ashifa prefers appointments (call or use the Booksy app she's set up with), but I ended up calling ahead and she worked us in. I started asking her questions through Facebook messenger, and from the very start she was so easy to communicate with. She was even more joyful to meet in person. Sniggles & Giggles is not a huge place, but it's set up just right. Kids' play area in the front, 2 cute baby/toddler chairs, and an older child or adult chair. Lucky for us, we had the place to ourselves! My girls rarely get their haircut since they've been growing it out, but something tells me they'll be begging to come back to S&G. Perhaps my husband and I will get our hair done here next time too. Oh and we'll keep planning to come on Thursdays because it's double punch day, so soon enough we'll get a 50% off haircut! I called and had to leave a message but called back nearly immediately. The owner, Megan, is the only employee and runs a great business here. Her prices are very reasonable as well. We were excited to get an appointment for the next afternoon as my daughter wanted it done before Christmas break was over. Megan fit us in Wednesday at 4:30 for a cut and color. My daughter knew she wanted blond tips, and Megan took her time with her to give her just that. My daughter loved it when we left then woke up deciding it was too much blond, so we called Megan. She didn't hesitate to fix it and fit us in soon after we called. Great attitude and customer service skills. The inside decor is fun, colorful, and clean. We were the only ones in at the time (as she's the only stylist ;-)) She has one tv on the "teen side" I'll call it, and two on the "toddler side". It's a big space, so hopefully one day (when this COVID-19 pandemic nightmare is over), she'll have employees and a full client load. She also does the punch cards (like Pigtails & Crewcuts and Sniggles & Giggles), so come on Wednesdays for double punch day! Importantly, Megan went to cosmetology school and has way more experience than just kids. She worked at Sports Clips so knows men's hair very well and also worked at Dry Bar so knows how to style women's hair too. I definitely recommend trying out Teen & Toddler Cuts and becoming a regular here; that's our plan at least!
