I WISH I WOULD NEVER HAVE PUT A FOOT IN THEREI was having lots of problems finding a wedding ring that would look different and I found one I liked immediately at Tamrakar but it was not my size. The owner assured me he made them and there would be no problem at all in altering the ring. This happened mothns before the wedding. I only bought it under the premise that it could be altered because, who needs a wedding ring that is too big and will fall off the finger? The owner then went off overseas and came back over a month later. I tried the ring and it was as loose as ever!the sales assistant, who was nice, could not understand it. Now I know it was never done in the first place. We left the ring again and never heard from them. I rang today, exact 3 weeks ahead of my wedding to ckeck what was going on with the ring and the sales assistant told me it was still in a drawer waiting to be done! I want that same ring back even if it is big and I never wear it rather than the money for it. This is a horrible experience I don't wish anybody to have. Their service has been careless from the start. I feel utterly hurt and lost now because I don't know what I am going to do. It might sound silly but it meant something to me read more
