This happened to be in the middle of the craziest market in recent homebuying years. When we started the process by interviewing local realtors in area, we were in between Karen and another agent. Karen stood out from the beginning when she prepared stats to show us about the local area. Even though we had not signed on yet, her work made us feel that she would go above and beyond for us. Offers: Once we started placing offers on homes, Karen made herself available for thorough comp analysis, and all questions we had during.
