Spoke to person who did them and i'm told they can do NOTHING about it, that the product maybe didn't go with my nails when i've had them like that before and never had that problem. Couldn't get my money back OR get my nails replaced. She said her work was "guaranteed" which isn't by the looks of it. One customer lost and $50 gone to waste.
