I called to request a reasonable exception given the distance and minimal timeframe, but was told I could only come within the next two days. It took multiple employees to address my inquiry yet no one seemed to fully understand or acknowledge the situation, nor show any empathy or willingness to help in addition to the poor customer service, refusing to honor a paid gift Certificate raises concerns regarding compliance with Ohio consumer protection laws. Overall, this interaction left a very negative impression and reflects a lack of flexibility, understanding, and customer care. If I could, I would give them a zero!

Seriously people have you never heard of aesthetics? The place seems tired, a tad dirty and ill equipped. It is a teaching institution so my hopes are that they are focusing their energy on that aspect of the business. I do not recommend going to the salon at least for nails. I went there September 6, 2025 to get gel…read morepolish on my fingernails and toenails. I was 12 minutes late for my appointment which I called them and told them I was gonna be like 10 minutes late. The girl agreed to see me anyway. I decided to not get the gel polish and just go with traditional nail polish. I had them do a French manicure with teal for the tips instead of white. The tech was Taylor. She had a hard time getting my nails filed straight and even. She used a grinder to remove my gel polish which got hot several times when they advertise a soak off method. When she went to paint my nails she asked if I wanted my toes the same, I said yes. She starts to paint my whole toenail and I told her she was supposed to do them the same as my fingernails. So she takes it off and not very well. As soon as I get to my vehicle I realize 2 of my nails look weird so I go back in and the dark haired girl tells me Taylor already left and she dabs some of the colored polish on them and makes them look worse. I have included pictures in an email. I also have included a screenshot of the email because the manager tries to tell me that I was 15 minutes late and that if I would've chose gel, my nails would've looked better. I'm also including the screenshot from that and I also have a recording of the owner telling me that he saw the pictures and they look terrible but he wants me to come in so that he can have somebody else redo them and I told him I already feel like I'm being treated hostile by your employees. I don't feel comfortable coming in there and having something personal that's supposed to be relaxing done, and he refused to refund me my money and all I asked for was half of it back for my fingernails because I can hide my ugly toes in my shoes. After talking to the owner Andrew for over 10 minutes, he refused a refund. Then the manager brings up also in the email that I complained about it on Facebook. Yes, I did complain about it on Facebook, but I did not name their company or the tech and all I was doing was asking for recommendations that could do a better job than what they did and I included pictures.
