Sandwich came out first and was delicious. Bread had a soft crunch to it and the filling was tasty. Potatoes and croquettes came out later and were nice and hot. Both hit the spot. Calamari were too gummy and the bread covering it was too thick and there was not flavor so I asked for some aioli sauce. As per the octopus, I just prefer it cut in disks and only boiled with paprika and olive oild added, and this style seemed to be a little bit fried and the flavor was just ok. Patatas bravas were good but not awesome, I would have add more spiciness in the sauce, it was too blend for me. The mushrooms mix was very good, i did not even know so many of the varieties presented in the dish. The yolk of an egg was add to the mix and I find it very creative and tasteful.
