Within the first two months, only one speaker worked. Within 4 more months, only one red strand of lights that remains on 24/7. Then the rust. Every single piece of their "marine grade" tin. You've got cabinet doors that go to nowhere. They're simply cutouts in the cheap resin body of the bar and that's it. They are incomplete. The grill lid fell off. And then bit by bit the bar started to crumble and continued to do so. Oh, and lest you think for a second that all this wasn't brought to their attention, think again. Doesn't matter. They won't do anything. This product is GARBAGE and honestly it really is a shame that they can't be stopped somehow. Class action law suit anyone? I'm 100% open.

Would give negative stars if allowed. Beware - Fraudulent Business Practices I'm writing this on behalf of Breakthru Construction, a licensed Florida-based real estate development firm. We contracted with Woodcocks Appliances (an authorized KitchenAid dealer) for the purchase of high-end appliances for two luxury homes in Biscayne Gardens. We paid a total of $37,784.77 on April 14, 2025, with a promised delivery date of April 17. After weeks of delays and excuses, we discovered through KitchenAid that Woodcocks' dealer account had been suspended since January 2025 due to non-payment, and they were not authorized to place new orders--yet they still took our money and claimed the delays were due to backorders. This was completely false. To make matters worse, we accidentally submitted a duplicate order for $19,400 in May, which they initially refused to refund, citing that they had "no funds available." They eventually agreed to issue a refund--but not until August 31, and only if they could obtain a credit line. This company is operating with complete disregard for ethics or transparency. Their behavior reflects what appears to be a Ponzi-style operation: * Taking payments while insolvent * Misrepresenting product availability * Failing to deliver goods * Refusing timely refunds If you are considering doing business with Woodcocks, proceed with extreme caution. We have filed formal complaints with KitchenAid, the Florida Attorney General, and are prepared to take legal action if necessary. This is not just bad customer service--this is fraud.

He had completed the exact same project for my neighbor who stated "Came out the next day and pulled a EZpermit from the City of Miami. Total cost was $2300." Upon entering my building the guy says he doesn't have a permit, didn't know he needed a permit, and I had to pay him an additional $650 for the permit. I said no. I can't afford that. We argue back and forth and he says he's going to charge me more if he has to leave and come back. Mind you, he already had $1,055 of my deposit so I would have lost that. I relentlessly said an absolutely not. The guy does the job anyway, says "I'm going the extra mile here. Hopefully you'll appreciate it in the end." Claims he's doing me a favor by charging me $50 less. So my $2100 original quote becomes $2675. He claims he didn't remember doing my Neighbors project continues with excuse and excuse why he is owed the extra money for the permit. This is BAD BUSINESS! Do not go to these people. I can't believe someone would do this and with a smile on their face. Pitiful. **Long story short-this business did not have the proper permit and then charged me an additional $565 for their own mistake. Period. Words and lengthy replies are merely word salad to try to justify the main problem; charging me $565 for your mistake. **Update: This guy has relentlessly called, messaged, and sent me lengthy voice notes stating how he "hopes he never has to work with a client like me again." Not only did I pay for this guys mistake but now I'm reminded of how his inappropriate male toxicity has been implemented to intimidate his clients in to paying for his unethical business practices.
