And when I asked specifically about cruise control I was brushed off as the management claimed they they outsourced that and it would cost me an extra $500.00 (approximately)and they,the dealer, weren't liable for any problems that may be the result of outside installation. I could not afford to take a chance on that so I am left with a bad taste for Ford "customer appreciation". I will never buy a car from the Amherst NS dealer, and should anyone ask me about Ford cars, I will be forced to be honest with them. ! I have had to replace both front door cables,then the passenger door would not open from the inside,next was the driver's side rear door wouldn't open from the inside ,etc. The latest is a problem with the rear driver's side window not operating properly. I am not a very happy Ford owner, and can't recommend this dealership or Ford cars to anyone. Thanks for letting me vent my frustration.
