To start wilh it can be difficult to shop using a grocer cart and a walker. when I first got to the store I asked the the Two young ladies if I could leave SOMETHINGS IN in the office' i should add,these young people were very helpful and polite''IT TOOK ME A LONG TO DO MY SHOPPING BUT I DID IT. GOT THE CASH AND ASKED THE CASHIER and asked if someone please bring me up. 10 bottles PC sparkling water The cashier said we normally only help with large orders' So I said ok I will put . The bottles in store basket and put it inside the store Cashier grabbed the basket said. NO you can't the basket outside the store because there getting stolen. Ok everyone has learned to count since they were 6 years of age. How people still don't know how to read 1-12items only I had 5 items and the person Infront of me had 15-22 items that isn't allowed everytime I have 13 items I'm told to use the other lines yet this person gets to use a express lane with way to many items and it is very obvious that they have way more than 12 items fix this problem or has no frills went rascist. read more

I've been shopping here for 12 years since moving to Kingston, and it's a great supermarket. Good fruits and vegetables, PC products, a well-stocked pharmacy section, and great sale prices on meats. I've never encountered a staff member who was anything but friendly. Lots of parking, and outside of COVID lockdowns I've almost never had to wait for a cashier. Still my favourite place to shop - and I live on the east side, where there are two other grocery options. read more

So, since when do members of your pharmacy team start asking why you were prescribed certain medications? And what exactly the issue is for said prescription? Isn't that between you and your doctor? Isn't it the pharmacists job to just make sure the count is correct, make sure the new medication doesn't cause harmful interactions with your other medication? Since when is it their business to know exactly why you were prescribed an antibiotic and what was wrong that you needed it? I obviously have an infection, an abscess on my foot. But for some reason, for the first time ever I'm questioned about it. My doctor obviously knows what she is doing and is definitely not incompetent to prescribe it if it was not needed. I have not had any issues with your staff when I switched to your store in August of last year. Until last month. All of a sudden I'm being asked all my daughter's information and my information when it has been on file all this time. And now being questioned about why I'm being prescribed certain meds. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.I get the cashiers are mad about losing jobs to self check outs but to literally fight withcustomers rather than help them out is just embarrassing.I have worked customer service 26 years if I ever got up in a clients face like that I would not have a job.Need some training clearly ,the manager was unmasked toe to toe with me over too many items with 6 unused machines.I tried to exllain we were 2 people.2 seperate orders she could not seem to grasp this information.I looked at reveiws seems to be it is not the first time they have been aggressive towards clients.Horrible experience all around. read more
