Extremely rude customer service. I called to book appointments for 8 different services between me and my fiance. A girl answered and immediately asked to put me on hold. I stayed on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. I called back and it rang a few times. Sounded like someone answered and immediately stuck me back on hold without saying a word. I run a local business and I understand getting busy and working alone. I'm a very patient person. However they could have atleast had the courtesy to come back on and tell me they were overwhelmed or busy if that was the case and let me know it may be a few more minutes. Horrible business practice. Your customers and their word of mouth is your most priced and cheapest marketing. read more

I bought the three massage package in Groupon and the first massage was the best. Lady was professional and attentive to what I wanted focused on. The second and third massages were not that great and the two other ladies who did these massages wanted to talk the entire time and it wasn't relaxing. The CD player inside the room skipped the entire time too which wasn't relaxing. I wouldn't pay full price here and am glad I paid thru Groupon for half off. read more

I've been here before for spray tan most times I see good results sometimes I don't today I went there for massage and the girl barely massage me she did a lot of stretching and when she massage my feet she was using a towel to do it which was actually hurting my skin and then she used her fingers to close on my back which was pinching me I did not enjoy the massage I didn't even feel like I was being massage. I wouldn't go back for that again. read more

I use to LOVE coming here Local for me, but the front desk staff in the last year and a half is the worst. Anglia was the best at booking and scheduling but now does eyelashes. They had a few young girls and NONE seem to get it right. Sorry to say even the staff has been slacking. They spend more time telling you there personal life then actually focusing on the massage. The owner's (private) do try to make things right but my main concern is if they didn't double book to lack of knowledge they wouldn't have constantly get the owner involved. read more

My wife tans there 3 times a week and loves it. it has stand-up as tanning beds. They can do your nails, hair and massage. We go as a couple once a month for a massage by their mother and daughter team. It is a wonderful massage and I look forward to it every month. They both are very professional and excellent masseuses. I would recommend them to my family and friends and anyone who reads this post. It is very relaxing and you feel so good when you leave. We get an 1 hour massage and that 1 hour goes by so fast. read more

The place was beautiful! The staff on the other hand looked like they just rolled out of bed. I had a facial and left with my skin feeling clogged and oily. Equipment was broken and the aesthetician who was right behind my head was coughing and admittedly sweaty and smelled like it. A little to close to my face to have body odor. I've been going to Tanz Spa for roughly five months now and wanted to come on here to express how much I LOVE their business and the people who work there. Yet, to my surprise, someone else has already decided to rave over them, but in a way that I find completely untrue. The first thing I'd like to note are the unbelievably inexpensive services they supply there. I'm from VA and to tan for a week it would cost you close to $35, yet at tanz I would tan for $10. They are constantly putting out new packages and specials, trying to save you as much money as possible because they understand the economy. I was nervous to get a spray tan because I had never had one before and one of the lovely ladies upfront spent the time to talk me through everything and make me feel comfortable with the process. It was a success! It was easy to use, sprayed out CLEAR and was gently dried so I could jump out and put on my clothes with no problems. The tan lasted for a week and looked GREAT! It was an easy and inexpensive way to look great for the plans I had that week. Everyone knows the way you get after you get your hair done, you rush home and style it over or mess with it, never fully happy with how it looks right when you walk out. When I got my hair done at Tanz I had a date that night and was literally in tears because I was so happy with how I looked and new I didn't have to do a thing to it when I got home(the guy even commented how good my hair looked). Jackie does my hair and I absolutely LOVE her. I'm moving to Orlando in Feb. yet I plan on driving back to get my hair done there because it's the best it's ever looked. I have personally gotten to know and enjoy all the staff that works there. They are always super friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. You can tell they wake up everyday excited to go to work, that's the key to why Tanz is so amazing. The owner remembered my name after the first time I came in there, that's remarkable. The Tanz team is like a family, one I'm glad I can be apart of and can help support in anyway possible. These ladies deserve the most amazing reviews, daily, and don't get the credit they truely deserve. I bought a facial and a full body massage for a friend's birthday and a package for my self. The greeting at the door was very friendly! Even though our appointments were first thing in the morning when they opened, we didn't have to wait long at all. We were offered drinks upon entering the salon and the glass of white wine was delightful! Both services were very relaxing and the therapists were wonderful. Both were attentive, very skilled, friendly, and conscientious of our problem areas and directed extra attention to them. I plan on going back next time I'm in the area.
