Quick & easy appointment! Completed the paperwork for the initial check in then was immediately seen by Dr. Tap. I needed a monthly readjustment and decided to try Tap into wellness. The price was reasonable in comparison to other Chiropractor in Sierra Vista. My back and especially neck was so stiff that it cracked loudly. Feeling loose and rejuvenated, will return for a monthly visit. They also offer acupuncture and massage with a licensed masseuse. Dr Tap is a wonderful doctor. He's helped me In so many ways. Sinus headaches with acupuncture. My sciatica nerve leg pain. He's very friendly and takes his time to listen. He's also very reasonable with cash pay patients. He has experienced massage therapist at his office who have made a big difference in how I feel. Lower back pain gone.. sinus headaches subsided. Who would think that you could pop a rib out of place by a sneeze? That is exactly what happened to me last week. It was extremely painful to breath or do simple things like sit down or try to stand from a chair. A friend suggested that I might have a rib out of place and suggested that I find a good chiropractor. Being new to Sierra Vista, I had to rely on reading reviews like this to decide who to call. When I called, it was late in the day. Dr Tap himself took my call and invited me to come in the next morning. He was able to locate the problem and applied the right technique to get the loose rib back in place. I highly recommend Tap into Wellness. read more

I have been getting massages at Tap Into Wellness over the last three years. Dr. Tap accepts some kinds of insurance which is a real plus for me. I am writing, though, to compliment Malinda, one of the masseurs, in particular. Malinda, who until recently worked at a premier Tucson spa-resort, does a Thai style of massage that I really like. I have a chronic pain condition and can't handle direct pressure - so the Thai-style massage is great for me. I have heard that Thai massage is like yoga for lazy people - and it is both therapeutic and inspiring. Malinda always listens to me and what I might like on a particular day. Her touch is "just right" and I appreciate how she tunes into me and my preferences. read more

Dr. Tap is a resource for the Sierra Vista Area for both a chiropractor and an acupuncturist all rolled into one. The kinks in my neck and knots in my back stand no chance against his methods. I love that he works a plan of attack against your aches and pains combining adjustments and then allowing for all of your energy to get back to where it should be with the "tap" of a needle. Dr. Tap is not like other acupuncturists I have been too... his approach is more Western Medicine than Eastern philosophy so don't expect incense to be pumping through the air vents. I would recommend him to any one who is a first timer as well as those who have had experience with the pricks of the pins before. BONUS: He is open on Saturdays which means I can actually make appointments and not just begging my husband to crack my back. read more

Dr. Tap is awesome! I never believed in the whole accupuncture thing and then my husband started to see Dr. Tap. He has BAD back problems and since he has been seeing Dr. Tap, he is so much better. I decided to go when I was having back spasms and with just one treatment and adjustment, the spasms were gone. I also saw Dr. Tap for should pain I have had since I was a teen. One treatment and no more pain! I have also had an hour long deep tissue massage with Monika. I felt absolutely wonderful when I left the office. I would recommend Dr. Tap 100%!! read more

Dr. Tap is fantastic. I was visiting Sierra Vista on business and woke up one morning with extreme pain in my lower back and hip. Maybe it was from the hotel bed or maybe it was because I recently resumed playing golf. Whatever the cause, one visit to Dr. Tap later that day fixed the problem. I was completely pain-free within hours after my visit. He was recommended to me by a colleague from Sierra Vista. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of chiropractic care. I wish I had a chiropractor of his caliber in my hometown. I have been going to chiropractors all my life and can easily distinguish those that are interested in making their patients well as quickly as possible vs. those who want to drain your wallet. I am very confident Dr. Tap is not the latter based on my interaction with him and his interaction with other patients which I overheard. read more

I was in a lot of pain after hurting myself so I decided to go see a chiropractor for some help. I regularly see chiropractors at home so I know what to expect. The initial service was fine. Kind welcome and was handed some forms to fill out. I was promptly taken into a room where the chiropractor adjusted my back without regard to the actual injury. He didn't feel around or do any type of assessment. Didn't ask any questions. He spent about 2 minutes total in the room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that is looking for anything outside of a basic back adjustment. Another place I went to a few days later followed through on what should have been done: assessing my injury, observing the way my back moved, asked me about where the pain was and which movements made it worse, and they thoroughly explained what had happened and how it would improve. As far as chiropractors go, he's not bad. And, I suppose if you're not like me, having a difficult back, you'll get some relief. He gladly took my money, did zero exam, and then proceeded to the acupuncture. He never tried to see which muscles needed the attention, more like a set pattern. I did get him to vary once, but that at MY suggestion. As far as the adjustment, he has a set pattern, doesn't check manually for misalignment, just goes to it. In my opinion, he's quick to take money - buy the package, NOT - and doesn't deliver. He does have a nice BMW...just saying. read more

I have been going to Tap Into Wellness for several years. Through Dr. Tap's guidance and expertise, I had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand. Now I am pain free.
