This is a review on Western Sunset Builders, Inc. I highly recommend Western Sunset for any general contracting work. Their work is excellent and their pricing is fair and reasonable. I needed to install (hard-wired) 2 Ring Floodlight Cameras. I didn't know where to start to find an electrician, so I went to the Internet. That was not much help, but I did see "Angie". I looked up electricians and submitted my name for estimates. I immediately received a response from a number of electricians for my job. I reviewed the potential contractors and came up with 3 that looked good. After interviewing the 3 contractors at my home I decided on Western Sunset Builders, Inc. There was no comparison between Western Sunset and the other contractors. When I spoke with Bill Van Dalsem, president of the company, I had an immediate sense of confidence. When Bill came out to my house and I showed him what I needed done, he immediately evaluated his options and told me the best way to accomplish my job. Bill described precisely how he would "electrify" my cameras. He confirmed my confidence in him. I shouldn't have taken up my time interviewing the other 2 contractors. Western Sunset Builders, Inc. is the real deal. I had them install 2 hardwired Ring Floodlight cameras. I was very impressed with Bill Van Dalsem. Western Sunset was head and shoulders above his competition. I checked and found that Western Sunset had all applicable insurance. Bill provided a very professional written contract with a very reasonable price for my job. On the day of the work, Bill came out (on time) and was accompanied by Josh a long time employee. They began work immediately and finished quickly. Very professional job. Perfect cleanup. Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Western Sunset. I also found out that Western Sunset is a general contractor and is licensed to do any kind of construction. Great company that I would trust implicitly to perform any construction. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating (but ratings only go to 5 stars). You can't go wrong with Western Sunset. Give them a call first and you'll save a lot of time looking around. read more

Days Inn Tucson I was shocked that this MOTEL had 4 stars. it was dirty with crackers and other food that wasnt ours. a dirty mircowave that smoked ,they did bring a new one. clothes racks so low that your clothes are on the floor. lighting in the bathroom so poor you can't do your makeup. the warped door to the parking lot you can see out and bugs come in . It might not be much better then a motel 6 but much higher priced. The free breakfast is crap but at least Wendy's in across the parking lot. and the mini fridge freezes your food , water bottles might be good if you leave them in a hot car. Vallejo Hyundai proved to be untrustworthy and not worth your time to try to buy a vehicle from . We saw an ad and called ahead to confirm the availability of a Tucson we were interested in. It turned out to be a lie , a false lure to draw us in. The vehicle was said to have 11 miles on it, but had over 2k. Secondly, they said we had to wait for another 600 miles before they could release it as a service vehicle. What slimeballs. Dr. Jiang office is the worse office I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to see the doctor for 9 weeks. They have cancelled my appointments. No one would give the results of my MRI. The MRI was entered as routine not as urgent. This added more delay. I called them often for help. One day I just cried. I felt hopeless. Yesterday they fitted me for a back brace that was too large. when I called their office they told me to come in today to have it adjusted. They came out and asked me why I was there. Don't freaking trust Priority Restoration especially ( Mike OBrien ) or his thief contractor friend Mike Arnold ( Arnold Adjustment LLC). My HVAC caught fire on Oct 1st 2024 . I allowed myself to contract with Priority Restoration, due to the headache and never had a fire EVER! But they ripped me and my husband off for a HVAC system, lies on $11,000.00 worth of cleaning my home (no damage what so ever)and an additional check for $2, 266.00 they signed and cashed on everything wrote out to us , without contacting us. when I reached out to OBrien about the money in the begin. he blocked my phone number. but Mike Arnold told Caln police that OBrien has been out of work!!!! funny but OBrien contacted me for receipts that we was to be reimbursed. they also took credit for what we paid out of pocket and ran with that too!!! philly watch out for these crooks!! Don't call Roto-Rooter for any plumbing problems. I was charged $6000.00 dollars to replace a toilet flange. No obstructions. No digging. No jackhammering the concrete, cement floor. I felt that I was entitled to a refund when they found out it was just the toilet flange was too low to the ground. I contacted Ken Snyder the general manager and got nowhere. I then wrote a letter to Pat Swanson, customer service coordinator in national headquarters and her reply was, "I am sorry to hear that you were caught off guard by our pricing. The general manager has informed me that he and his team have reached out to explain our final decision on this matter. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund as we have confirmed that the correct price was charged for the work performed." This is a $6000.00 dollar RIP-OFF!!! read more

For those who are looking to hire someone to lay tile. Don't hire Omar from pro tile. I thought we were hiring a professional. But that was not the case. The person he had to lay the tile was always in a hurry to finish the job. When my husband asked him to redo the front door hallway because the tile decor Was not centered he said it would take to long and he had his own work he needed to get to. The tile in the 1.5 bathroom had only one decor tile to the left of the whole bathroom . It looks ridiculous. He scratched my new frigarator, he left the walls full of grout and missed a day of work because he said he was in jail and delayed finishing the job. Omar only had guy working on our flooring. Are you thinking of renting Black Wolf Hall, Stow, Ohio? I suggest you think again! We reserved the hall for July 18, 2021. Upon arriving ten minutes before our 90 guests and a food truck another party was already there. The hall had been double booked!!! We called the day before to confirm and received no return call. They knew what was going to happen! There is no contract, just a photo of our deposit receipt from the owner and a handshake. The owner did return our deposit. Then in another call promised to pay for our frustration and expenses for decorations and food, a mere $200.00. That check has not been received to date ( August 30, 2021) after two attempts to reach him. This has been a horrible experience! read more

I can't say enough of how disgusted I am by this dealership! from the financing department-Carrie who financed my car with chase bank? and didn't even attempt to finance it through BMW at a better interest rate, then sold me 6k worth of unnecessary warranties! I've been trying to get the cancelled policies returned to the finances since cancelling them in June. Only one cancellation has been returned. I'm having to constantly chase them down and am given every excuse in the book being told it's been sent when my finance company hasn't received it and are shocked themselves as to what's going on! Additionally I put 18k down on the car but they put 15k on the contract which I didn't catch. This was caught months later and 3k returned, however that was 3k that should have reduced the loan and interest and all I got was a "sorry" The manager for the finance - Carrie made continuous excuses and took no responsibility. So where exactly has that 3k been since June!? and why aren't they trying to compensate me for a completely disorganized and inept management of my financing? My advice is do NOT use this dealership! They have shady practices and don't give a dam once they've sold you a vehicle! I'm now going to write to Garlyn Shelton and let him know what his "staff" have done to me!! Mercari. Do not do business with Mercari. They should be shut down. After attempting to get a refund on a defective item, Mercari did everything possible to avoid refunding. They asked for photos several times of the item's mailing box and the item itself and packing, then said they couldn't open a zip file of the photos so I had to repeat the process. After multiple back and forth emails they sent a return label and requested the damaged chair be returned. We sent the chair back, using their label. Then they said they did not receive the returned item! Fortunately we had the FedEx receipt that showed we had returned the item. Mercari did every thing they could to delay and to discourage the requested refund. Terrible business! read more
