The place was deserted when we arrived but we were promptly greeted by the server and a TV playing our game. We were in luck! The server was very kind and helpful in finding us something to eat that fit our dietary restrictions. We told him to surprise us with a little of everything. He brought out calamari, breaded chicken breast and delicious lamb with potatoes and salad. Everything was honestly delicious!! I live in Florida; land of fresh seafood, yet this calamari was some of the best I've ever had. The lamb was also melt in your mouth good. We were so pleasantly surprised with our visit here. If you ever find yourself in La Carolina, stop here!

It's on the NE corner of plaza 1 de mayo and has a nice patio. Unlike most places, the patio is set back from the street and sidewalk.

Be very careful with the price of gambas, it's not what's listed on the menu (15 euros) as they charge you for 100gm which ends up being more expensive. Other people reportedly previously complained about this deceiving fact on the menu but for some reason this hasn't been corrected yet. Our server did let us know about the cost in advanced which we appreciated. They didn't really have any dessert to offer us, instead they brought out some complimentary cookies and shots (chupitos), a nice gesture to end our meal.
