A quick summary of my installartion issues are as follows and photos will elaborate more…read moreMy wall was dented and scratched from the installation The valences were scratched from the installation Improper valences installation . where there gaps in the conjunctions incorrect measurements were taken so he insisted on banging to make it fit .. result are dents , scratches and that the blind doesn't even reach the metal frame . one blind came 57 inches wide instead of 58 5/8..so he had to suspend it more so that the role can take the required distance incorrect measurements were taken this resulted in a more light gap that what was expected and no symmetry even on each side of the metal frame . One side even doesn't reach the metal frame . In other words both sides are centralized and light gap is way to big than what was communicated He doesn't have proper tools for installation such as the water leveling ruler .. I asked for it when he said that ceiling wasn't the one proper ... ie meaning the ceiling was tilted but we couldn't check as he didn't have the proper tools .. Why is he coming not properly equipped ? Not cleaning up after his work and leaving the place a mess

I spent $4000 for customized draperies for the living room at the westbury store. After steaming…read moreand 14 days of being tied in ribbons (as suggested by my sales consultant) the curtains still bulge out in an unorganized manner and do not drape. We have curtains in other rooms of the house costs $200-300 that drape with a proper organized silhouette. I truly believe it's a manufacturing or fabric defect, as curtains of this nature should not appear so unsightly. I think the nature of the fabric is not meant to be made into draperies, they're too stiff. I spent thousands of dollars to enhance the looks of my home but rather everyone that sees the draperies asks if I bought these curtains from Amazon or old ones from someone's house. I truly regret installing these curtains as they make the room look worse. On another note, the seams were 10 inches away from ends of the draperies?!? Unprofessional craftsmanship! The reason why we customize draperies; so it would be cut, sewed to the sizes we need, not to have seams shown!! See attached pictures. Just awful. I spoke to one of the internal designers we used before, she said that my draperies look like defect of either the fabric or the factory. So I kindly asked the store for a refund! Got no responses for almost a month. My order number is 331453. There are also photos from my living room prior to installation of the customized draperies. Looks better before.

She actually HAD IT WRONG FOR THE FITH TIME! She started arguing with me AGAIN BUT BROUGHT IT TO AN ENTIRELY NEW LEVEL WHEN SHE CALLED THE POLICE AND TOLD THEM THAT "I HIT HER!" Two Eatonrown NJ police pulled up in separate cars, she locked the door when the first officer came. Long story short, they thought it was stupid.WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO GET RID OF THIS PERSON???
