The owners are very nice and accommodating and make themselves accessible via email and cell phone with no problems. These are mini apartments with s little kitchen, sitting area, good size bathroom and bedroom. In our car we also had a full sized futon so e could have been in 4. There is a tv with many channels and wi-di but it's glitchy so be prepared and patient. There is no telephone. It is very clean and quaint on the main Via where there are many shops and places to eat. The bathroom though a good size is has a "European" sized shower--square box and smaller than North American standards. One thing which was very useful for us is that the owners do have a clothes washer we got to use for free and had the drying stand in our place to hang things. In all, I would go back since I am used to how things work in Italy.
