Exclusivo is a designer second-hand thrift shop down a cute little alley in Hampstead. It's a poky…read morelittle shop crammed full of designer pieces for men and women. It's one of those second hand places that you have to root around in whereas i myself like it all to be organised for me so i can get stuck in straight away rather than breaking into a sweat rummaging through piles of crap searching for the beautiful dress that shouts out to me. I'm not saying there's a lot of crap in here as there are some gorgeous items but not everything is to my taste. They have a good selection of handbags, shoes and accessories too. They often have Chanel pieces in here as well as other big designer names and you can get them at great prices. Sometimes i find loads of things i like and some days i come away very disappointed having seen nothing but that's the nature of shopping and i love it.

I escaped with a lovely scarf and tore myself away from some amazing shoes that were half a size too large for me. A real steal of a shop with Chanel, Prada, Miu Miu and some higher-end high street...and definitely not as packed with weary-looking rich kids like some of the other vintage giants around Camden/Covent Garden. Highly, highly recommended. I took a star off mainly due to the fact that there were toddlers crawling all up in some amazing leather bags. Mental thoughts included, do NOT puke/poo/pee (like that alliteration action?) on that, thanks.
This is a lovely shop operated by one of the most knowledgeable staff that I have ever encountered…read moreat a purveyor of pre-loved luxury items. I so enjoyed my conversation with them regarding the history of different design houses, and where these houses are now under the current design teams. Be sure that you visit both the top and bottom floors. I found that the best items seem to be on the top floor, but the bottom floor is worth the trip, especially if you have any children in your life who you might like to gift some lovely designer pieces. Unfortunately, I didn't walk away with anything during my first visit, but I did find a gorgeous Chanel jacket that was priced fantastically (it was just not in my size), and an MIH shearling jacket that I may have to go back for that was also priced reasonably, as well as a cute little Burberry coat in the children's section that was an absolute steal. If you become a regular customer, I was informed that then they will offer to add you to their email list to be alerted when special pieces in your size come in--they do narrow it down to meet your specifications (size, designer, etc). Currently, I was told that the list is about 1000 persons long, and that pieces fly out the door, so it is best to visit often and not wait for the email notifications in any case.

Madeleine Trehearne and Harpal Brar have displayed their stunning collection of shawls which have luxurious rich tones and deep colours. They will make a perfect addition to any woman's Autumn/Winter wardrobe. These shawls are very similar to illuminated manuscripts hand embroidered in pure silk which has been carefully worked into intricate borders, narrow and wide. The collection of Pashminas have the traditional Kashmiri style of embroidery patterning tiny flowers, trees and other motifs of the region. A bordered shawl usually takes the skilled craftsman three to four months to make and each is an original piece-the design of which will never be repeated. They can either be worn wrapped around the shoulders if its not too cold, or thrown over a warm woolly coat if venturing outside in freezing temperatures.

Not only is it overflowing with all kinds of imaginative and creative toys and games, the staff and owner give the kind of service that box stores and even large department stores just do not give anymore. Run, don't walk to shop here. It is so worth it. My husband and I went in seeking a game that our daughter could not find that is from Denmark that our granddaughter had played and loved. While the store owner did not have it, she happened to be going to Denmark. On her own time, she made a special effort to find it, and bring it back in time for us to get to our granddaughter by Christmas. When you find that kind of dedication to a child's joy, it tells you a lot about what a great place it is to shop.

She loves everything about the place - great selection of JellyCats, super toddler toys and even some educational gifts for my older niece. Excellent inventory and they are always bringing in new toys, so it never gets old. The current owner Jenny is really wonderful. My daughter was playing with a Peppa Pig backpack but it was a bit too big for her, so Jenny got her a Peppa Pig handbag she wears the whole time now. She's great; really cares about the kids and the parents. I absolutely love Happy Returns!!

This is by no means the largest Jigsaw store, but there is a plenty to browse through. I'm a little perplexed at the non-existence of a company website, which in 21 century is almost unheard of, especially for such an established company. Jigsaw design and produce stylish womens fashion, the type of clothes upper middle class women love to wear. Classic style with a twist with lots of muted green, brown, lilac, blue colours. The style is classic, but in way dull. understated and sophisticated would describe Jigsaw merchandise best. There are some nice accessories to be found too, such as scarves, bags and hats. I have a number of Jigsaw pieces in my wardrobe, and they have lasted me a long time. I like the spacious dressing rooms and the attentive staff at this branch. The clothes are rather pricey, but i believe that good quality and design is worth paying for. I often get complimented for Jigsaw clothes I wear.

Having grown up in hampstead and being a vintage and antiques trader, specialising in ladies fashion, this was too ridiculous an attempt to insult, for me to take notice. What I do not appreciate however, is being made to feel as though I were so in the wrong... an unwelcome presence, banned from ever bringing custom to the shop again... a location that my mother and I have perused and bought from on and off for nearly forty years. My crime? Having purchased a damaged dress. I hadn't noticed at the time but when I tried the dress on at home I noticed a severe hole on the seam, with a little sticker next to it, which suggested that the damage had in fact been flagged already. I took it back (well within reason to bring this to any merchant's attention), noticed two other tears, but had to wait for 30 mins for zana to get there to deal with me directly. After a lot of unrelated guff about quality control and being made to feel wrong, despite my unoffensive and reasonable visit (an hour out of my day plus parking charges), eventually she give me a 5er back (begrudgingly) and banned me from the shop. I was a bit upset and tried to reason with her, but she was adamant and then downright offensive. Is that even legal? I'm truly shocked at her behaviour.
