Last week went for a massage with a Korean lady called Hana (Hannah) and the massage was so rough and hard she had no idea on how to read a customer. The massage was so hard that I was moving and jumping that she did not even ask if I was ok or if it was too hard so the massage could be adjusted. I complained to the reception and all they could do is appologise. Even the extra service she became tired and complained her arms where getting sore and in the end gave up and said time is up. Then here's the catch, don't pay by card, they slap on a 10% surcharge. I wanted my comlaint to be escalated and all they said was they are sorry and accept the feedback and Jacob the manager would return a call to me. To this day almost a week after no return call.
