Her warm personality, combined with solid knowledge, experience and empathy are all key parts that make her so special. Her nurse Dana is exceptional, and helps run that office efficiently and professionally. I love the fact that appointments are easy to come by, and that you are not rushed in and out. With her concierge practice, communication via phone, email, text are common place. That sort of communication really gives me peace of mind. i know that she is always looking out for me,and cares for me as she would a family member. It does not get any better.. I do not live close to the office, but we make it work. I share Susan's philosophy of wellness, and we do things proactively. The rest of the office, doctors and staff are all excellent. I would trust any of the doctors in dr Hoffman's absence. They have a lab in the office, and also administer EKG 's on site. She does not accept insurance, and has a monthly fee based practice. Best money I have ever spent.

After having my first physical examination with her, I have continued as her patient. I like the fact that she is very accessible and easy to book an appointment time if I was feeling unwell. All in all, a wonderful personable doctor and her back-up physicians seem equally wonderful on both occasions when Dr. Hoffman was away.

She just wanted to help me. Yes, of course, she does all of my health care needs and keeps up with all the latest treatments. Dr. Rosenberg always comes up with an idea to hep solve a problem when others had given up or thought there was nothing to help. Jane, her office everything, is incredibly kind and available. She is the best and their team coordinate my care with the utmost of efficiency and ethics. I, especially as a physician, feel that Dr. Rosenberg represents the best of how to be a Primary Care Physician. She is bright, brilliant, warm, thoughtful, and caring. Dr. Rosenberg should be your doctor. I would not go to anyone else for my healthcare needs.

I usually dread visits to the Dr., but Dr. Rosenberg made me feel comfortable -- she commented appropriately, was easy to talk to, and made me feel like I was the only person she was seeing that day. Good to note: She took notes on a computer while talking to me, but before she did so, she told me why and said that if it really bothered me, she could take notes by hand instead. I didn't even notice it after 5 minutes. Please also note that Dr. Rosenberg does not submit directly to insurance companies, so you'll have to fill out your own paperwork and submit it yourself. If you're looking for an excellent primary care physician in the Bay Area, Dr. Bonnie Rosenberg is your woman.

She really takes her time, and ensures she explains everything thoroughly. She asks lots of questions, and cares about my health. The staff is very well trained and professional. JUST WOW!!! Aside from the parking distance and having to pay for parking, just wow!…read more My mom doesn't speak English well and usually gets intimidated by those who are stern or those who talk condescendingly, so my siblings usually go with her to prevent that. The experience at Stanford (Palo Alto) was great and I had no worry for my mother from the ER, to OR, then transfer to bedding. Grade A experience. Though everyone was extremely busy, we never felt disrespected nor rushed. PATIENT (and even family) care was their main priority. Another plus is that they have the Filipino channel haha Anyway, I wish I remembered everyone's name because who helped us, even if they weren't assigned to us, did an exceptional job!! Thank you Thomas and your partner from ER. Dr. Li and your crew for the smooth operation, acknowledgment, and assurance.
