I have spent much more at other accountants. The only recommendation would be for a secure portal to submit documentation electronically and electronic PDF version of the final return. However, for the price it was worth the inconvenience of printing out paper copies. Plan to use service again and would highly recommend.

I was a client of 9 years and have used their printer in the past. She was screaming at me to the point i was so scared, embarrassed, and upset. She berated me in front of other clients and workers. She said she was too busy and didn't have time to help, but had the time to scream at me over a printer she doesn't own. I requested a tax extension and Ellen Fusco announced to the whole office I needed the extension because I didn't have the money to pay my own taxes. Save your money, time, and sanity and find another establishment. Ellen Fusco is so scary and a mentally troubled woman. I took my taxes to a more professional business where I can use the printer without fear.
