Normally I'm not a Target shopper but Eric wanted popover pans so I went looking online. Our usual stores didn't have any in stock so I kept searching. A few places had them but Target had the best prices. I'm not very technical and I'm not great with online check out but Target's check out was so freaking easy that I just might start shopping here more often. We did the pick-up in store option and in the past other places have shown me that it isn't always quick and easy, sometimes it's easier going in and shopping for it yourself but from the time Eric got out of the jeep in the parking lot and was getting back in was literally 3 minutes. I mean they have everything! But prices are high, but its like that everywhere. I feel like for the price you pay you should get more on-brand stuff. (Especially for clothes) but at least they dont have fish in the marshmallows. *cough *cough walmart. But still if you need anything, you can always count on Target. And employees are nice. I know that should be obvious but most of the time their very rude. The vibe is always nice and their clean. 4 stars! read more

Time to update my review from 3 years ago! How time flies. Customer service is still good. Self check out is now the new norm. Finding a check out with a human is getting harder to find. COVID is still here. The shelves are still hit or miss. Last year it was hard to find toilet paper now it's cat food. ‍ Target is one place I love to shop. Stopped in today looking for "cleaning vinegar" we asked Brierille if target sold it, she spent 10 minutes looking it up. texting and calling other staff members, she finally found some out back in storage, brought it out to us all the while smiling, we'll be back. You know how in Grey's Anatomy where Meredith describes Christina as her "person?" The one person that can make your day better. The one person you can share your deepest secrets with? The one person you have endless laughs and joy with? If Target was a person, Target would be MY person. This Target location is by far my favorite compared to others I have been to. Why? Because when you walk in, the dollar section is always bursting with items just screaming to be bought for absolutely no good reason, but they must be bought. Because everything has it's place and things are logically organized in a meaningful way. Because the staff is friendly and always willing to help. I could go on... But seriously, this location brings my love of Target to a whole new level. It's not overcrowded with people and parking is always easy. And their organization definitely appeals to this type A personality. Give it a shot, and maybe this Target will also become your person. read more

What can I say...I love Target!! I come here to unwind from a day at work weather or not I need to buy something but who's kidding who I never leave without getting something. Lol!! This location is clean, never crowded and everyone that works there is friendly. On today's visit I had 4 employees beside the cashier ask me "how are you today?" What is not to love about Target? You don't choose the Target life, the Target life chooses you. I feel like everyone knows the positives, they're pretty standard to every location. Starbucks within the store, dollar aisle with tons of affordable goodies, self check out lanes, friendly staff, the housewares section (that look very high end and are durable yet totally affordable), $5 movies, a plethora of trendy and affordable clothing options...the list goes on and on. What I really like about this location is that is isn't nutty. I've never felt overwhelmed or anxious in this store. I've always felt welcomed. There is ample parking, and the space in the aisles is comfortable. I could literally spend (and have spent, let's be honest) hoursssss just perusing the aisles for nothing in particular. There's something therapeutic about just wandering around Target with nothing specific in mind, and this location is the perfect one to do this in! It's my go to Target for a reason! read more

The absolute cleanest, most organized Target in the world. I live minutes from the South Portland location, but don't get those warm fuzzy Target feelings there.... I get anxiety. The place is always a complete mess. Biddeford however... I don't think I have ever seen an article of clothing on the floor or one item where it doesn't belong. They even have the clearance section neatly organized BY SIZE! I will drive the 20 minutes to this location for my Target fix without hesitation read more

I love Target! This one, in particular, is very clean and well stocked. The employees are nice. I was out front at closing time, waiting for my ride and a departing employee insisted on waiting with me. Such a lovely person. read more

I give one star only for the 2 very sweet girls on the registers. On Wednesday night I breezed through to pick up a cooler and other items. The girl at the register was very nice and chatty, I didn't even realize she scanned my cooler twice...bonehead move on my part that I didn't realize I was charged 24.98 extra, but I was exhausted. So at 730am I call the store explain I live 60 miles away and ask if I can go to the local Target. I can't so ok I let them know ill try to get down there as soon as I can. Lady on the phone ensures me they'll get everything ready so when I come I shall be all set. 530 pm, my only night off this week I decide to take the trek down to Biddeford. I am told no sorry they can't do anything for me, nothing has been done and they have to review the security camera. I am calm but agitated and let them know about my phone call this morning and how far I am traveling for 24.98. Still no, manager could not even come out to speak with me. I asked for the Store Managers number and they gave me the number to guest relations. I called guest relations and told my story. Hoping to either get my refund or find some way to get my refund mailed to me as I don't want to travel 120 miles again for 24.98. Guest relations asks me to go back into the store as he was going to have them call someone who would be able to give me my refund tonight. guest relations asked me to go into the store and hand my phone to a team leader. Team leader steps back like I am a lepper and talks to his supervisor. He won't take my cell phone,which actually is fine I was a bit uncomfortable with that too. Guest relations asks me to tell them to call 718 refunds something or another...they refuse. You can now hear the supervisor yelling over the radio something about this being her store, she needs to do what is right for her store,etc... I am now in tears and completely utterly embarrassed. I walk out with guest relations still on the phone and I could still hear that supervisor bitching on that damn radio., I am just so shocked at this experience and never will step in your store again. Felt like a criminal, and if the supervisor wanted to do what is right for the store you think she would treat people decently. All this fuss over 24.98, something which seemed pretty simple made so difficult. Target your mission statement says something about exceptional service, please....if you don't empower your leaders to make simple decisions such as giving a refund shame on you. I am a manager myself and am completely baffled at such poor service. read more
