Target sucks, i went yesterday and there was absolutely nothing, that is ridiculous. There should be a limit on everything you get especially the squishies, they are going viral and there is basically a war going on for theses things, i witnessed 3 girls go out with BAGS of squishies and i was looking for them too but there was none left if you have money to rebuild you have money to restock every day and put locks on these things because are stealing so you do you or get robbed out of your mind. I find Target to be super useful when I've forgotten to pack something or I don't have enough. As this was a longer trip to Bismarck than usual and I'd changed my clothes one time too many (like that's a bad thing) during my weekend in Milan, I needed some extra delicates. Target to the rescue. This is not a SuperTarget, which means that while they do have some groceries and fresh goods, the produce and meat departments are limited. Lots of dry goods, snacks and especially cleaning products. I managed to find some quality undershirts and such. The store is well laid out. Bright lights, wide aisles, organized shopping. I SO wish this Target was bigger or that corporate would build a Super Target somewhere else in the Bismarck/Mandan area. This is just a Target, but it always well packed. Parking at this location can be hard to come by, because this Target is a part of the mall (has been for forever like 80s/90s). There needs to be more parking around the Target. The customer service is pretty good! It is pretty clean and it has what I need! Bathrooms COULD smell better, but overall I'm a fan. read more

I came to this target 10/20/23 around 9:30 just to look around and I used the restroom that said it has just been cleaned it wasn't it was disgusting garbage was overflowing there was no toilet paper no paper towels and pee on the floor in the handicapped stall just disgusting read more

So I came in to buy some new Nintendo games they keep them locked up so I had to find a sales person. In the electronic area there is a button sales press for sales associate so pressed it and no one came. So press again after wait there for nearly 10 mins and 3 button presses they sent a security officer to come see what I needed He seemed upset as if I had been doing something wrong and asked my what I was doing there I told him I was waiting for help from a sales person he said ok but instead of leaving to get me help he stayed and watched over me so I wouldn't get into any mischief before the sales person showed. When a very young sales person showed I explained how inappropriate the situation was to sales person she was unresponsive and quickly changed the subject. As with much of North Dakota large stores, it needs to be cleaned. Nothing the store can really do, there are just too many people in too small an area, especially attached to a mall! gah It's easy to get to and the lines aren't AWFUL, they aren't great either. But for the most part you know when you walk in whether its going to be a quick run-and-grab or something that's going to take an hour. Cashiers are friendly, the recovery team are willing to help you find what you need, and the fact that everyone worked on Thanksgiving night is enough to make you want to either hug them or boycott Target.... read more

Employees truly seem miserable if you stop in before 830am. I haven't been through a target checkout line where I felt like every thing on the conveyor was an inconvenience and a bother to the employee. I even told a manager on the way out that his employees were rude- ha, he was rude too, I even said it in a light hearted way. I was observing the person that was handling grocery carts peeking them up from outside bringing them back to the store. I'm amazed how hard this person worked if there is only more like him?? This is a awesome target, very clean and well organized. The parking lot is a nightmare, I try to park out as far as I can to avoid someone hitting me or parking to close. Trust me take the extra time to walk you will thank yourself. The inside is always well stocked and the shelfs are organized and look presentable. The staff in this store is great, if I have any questions I have been able to find someone quickly on the off chance you can't find someone just pick up one of the red phones and it will page someone to that department, great idea. I do as much grocery shopping at Target as I can, I have found they are much less than other places and with the cartwheel app I can get extra savings. They don't have the biggest selection of produce but can usually get by. They do have great chicken and ground beef. Usually a coupon for Chicken on cartwheel so download it if you don't have it. Great selection of men's clothing, I think one of my favorite brands from them is C9 it's great clothing. Have not been disappointed with it and it washes great. The only sad part of this store is they don't have a pharmacy due to a state law here in Bismarck. Sad face. Check out is always a breeze, I have never stood in line for a long time and it's always a fast and friendly check out. They do have 4 self check lanes. I have been using the drive up option for awhile now and it is so great. The staff that brings my orders out are always so nice and fast.
