EVERY time I visit this store, they are sold out of something I need; specifically in the baby section. Not only that, when you ask someone a question or if they have something in stock, you are a bother. It seems like the employees have better things to be doing than helping you. This had happened to me on multiple occasions. The only reason I even go here is because of convenience. Our Target is awful! The very reason I shop on Amazon!!! Updating on 2/17 - once again a terrible experience. Couldn't help me in the pharmacy. So busy and unfriendly. Another employee couldn't answer my question so gave me her 'best guess.' Not to mention the Starbucks is HORRIBLE! They are either making drinks wrong, out of caramel, or the register isn't working. Took one sip of my awful drink and threw it out. I would have had them make another, but I was already in my car with my 17 month old. Still waiting on Target to at least respond to me! read more

Always always wiped full! There's never anything stocked! Went to get formula all gone! Bottles a mess! Men's section destroyed! No underwear In women's it took me ten minutes to find some thrown in boxes in "clearance" all destroyed! This place is an absolute mess! I used to go to target over Walmart. Not anymore. Wonderful clearance deals today. Found 2 shirts for a total of $6.40. The other clothes were good deals as well. It was a little messy around the dress section and clearance but other than that we always have a good experience at target. read more

I am a huge fan of Target. I use the Cartwheel App and have a Red Card. I have coworkers who used to work at Target who have a great business oriented approach that they in large part credit to Target. Every store I've ever visited has always been great until today. There was a display for a $5 gift card with the purchase of any two digestive health items on the display. I was needing probiotics so it was going to be a great little bonus. At the register they wouldn't give me a gift card and insisted I had picked the wrong items??? It took 2 employees and a manager on duty to confirm this and make me look like an asshole. Seriously Target? $5? And you can't honor your own promotions? I will never come back to this Target again, and advise you to pick another location if possible. They have NO customer service at all. read more

Just moved to Cypress/Tomball and was in area. Took my daughter to look for some new summer wardrobe additions. From the start the parking lot seems small and crampy. I parked far because cars soo close together. Walking in it seems Small and a bit Claustrophobic. Although I was impressed with the home decor area. Having never been here I think it was nice compared to others Ive shopped in. My normal Target was 1960/Cutten. This store just seems too small. Maybe its because its in a shopping center thats very congested dont know. I didnt care for the feel of this Target. Would I come back. Not if i dont have to. Very disappointed in the customer service, cleanliness, and organization of America's favorite store! I live down the street from this location and prefer to drive 25 minutes out of the way to the next closest location. The associates are everywhere stocking shelves but unwilling to direct you in the right direction when needed. The clothing section is a mess visually AND you can't drive a cart around the racks. The baby department is always low in formula and has huge boxes and carts in the aisles everyday (I know this, I go to Target a lot). The restroom and fitting rooms are filthy to the point where I couldnt change a diaper in either area. For all of the employees working here, you would think something would be right. Also, there is at least a 10 minute wait for a cashier (and even self check out) every time.... so many registers but never enough cashiers. This store needs a makeover in so many ways, and I am shocked Target would allow a store to be so below par. This was not a one-time visit, but several visits a week at all times of day even at opening when you expect the store to be at its cleanest. read more

First of all, I don't like to shop. But when I need to, these are the questions I ask myself before I go to a certain store: Am I trying to save the most money? Is it accessible (not a lot of traffic), Is what I need guaranteed to be there? Am I in the mood to browse for bargains. The day I decided to go to Target, saving the most money was not priority #1; I wanted to see how deep the school shopping prices had become after all that no tax hooplah! Plus, I don't like Wal-Mart. Target has more visual appeal to me vs Wallyville. You may a little more for some things, but that is why I go here when I have time to browse-but usually browsin leads to buying at Target! Could not believe the discounts I found on clothes. less than $18 for two tops and a dress! A Totes automatic umbrella for less than $4 (and it rained the same day I bought it)! I love those red stickers! Plus the location rocks--restaurants and other stores are in the same shopping center! They've even added a little fresh produce and meat section in this store's location, but you'll pay for the convenience. As far as items fully stocked for your convenience--yeah pretty much average. Overall, I would rather buy something regular price or on clearance at Target because it seems that Target has better quality items. When I need to save as much money as possible, then I'll go to Wal-Mart, but if you're in the mood to find bargains and clearance items that are top notch, nobody beats the red bullseye! read more

Total disappointment. I am a devout Target shopper- there at least once a week. We just recently moved to the area and I was excited to find a location so close. Unfortunately after 6 trips there I have left disappointed each time. Very poor selection compared to other stores, less choices and less inventory. Last visit they had NO UP brand diapers of any size, no socks in my son's size and only two choices for underwear in his size. The employee in the toddlers section did explain they were redoing the stock room, but seriously- you can't set out a few boxes of diapers??? Unfortunately the location closer to 290 is unclean, so I guess I'll have to start looking elsewhere. read more

This Target is always chaos. I only shop here for like less than 10 items and on every single trip the shelf is empty for 2 of the items on my list. Disappointing! Even more disappointing is the access to an employee willing to help. If I see an employee they pass by without greeting and have no professional courtesy/etiquette. The employees usually either walk right past you with no respect of space, whether they're rolling around a giant cart or receptacle, or they are leisurely walking and avoiding contact, or staring down at a device. Whether they are leisurely walking; working to haul products on pallets, or rolling around this huge giant red receptacle; or not paying attention and staring down at a device (their phone or the store handheld devices), I have to move out of their way or they'll walk right into me or run over me. Check-Out is always unpleasant, at best. Even if self-check out is operational, then only a select few work or you have to wait forever for any employee to clear an exception. The employee check-out registers open are very few, no matter the time of day nor respective to store traffic. I will have to start purchasing my needed items elsewhere. It's not worth the headache and I always leave with less items than needed due to empty shelving. read more

Pretty standard Target. Their food section was not as big as some of the other sites I have visited. Customer service was pretty good. This Target is in a strip center like a lot of them are. Be warned! A cashier swiped and activated a gift card when I wasn't paying close attention - dummy me!! I checked my receipt a few days later for something else and saw a new gift card balance of $5.00. My purchase was a good amount but I should have paid much better attention to the transaction. It was hectic and I was trying to finish my Christmas shopping. Fortunately the manager was awesome and rectified the situation and cancelled the card. From now on I will watch everything and spend less time being chatty. :-( read more

I love this Target! I used to be a big fan of Walmart but now rarely go there. Target has a nicer selection of clothes and a better variety on just about everything. Now that they've added the groceries, it is a great place to go when I just need a few things. They have coupons online and an app called Cartwheel. The best thing is that if you get a RedCard, basically a Target Debit card that works just like your bank debit card, you can save 5% on everything, on top of sales & coupons. It can really add up. Over the past couple of years this place seems to have undergone a bit of a transformation, and I feel like it was time to update my review. I've upped my rating for a couple of reason. First is that I feel like the staff at this location is much more approachable, and helpful. Helpful and happy staff really makes or breaks a place, and I feel like this place has hired some great people. And lastly I feel like things are a bit more orderly and picked up around the store. The only reason I can't justify four stars is because I have been to a many target and this just doesn't beat what I feel should be standard to expect at a Target. I went in to get some groceries with my mom on the 4 of March. A few days later, I decided to eat a snack and as I was opening the Babybel cheese, I saw that it was rotten. I looked at the expiration date on the bag and it said it expired the 5 of March! I cannot believe they would be selling stuff to customers that expire the next day! Awful!! read more

When choosing to spend $3 on an ice tea at Starbucks, you expect it to be fresh!! This is not!! It's weak, & funky tasty

I love this target and I go there often, however I've noticed the last few visits that the staff is becoming less polite and less helpful, especially the Starbucks staff. I waited five minutes for someone to come out of the back and acknowledge me. The girl that came out seemed irritated that I was there, which made me uncomfortable. The staff at that Starbucks is usually nice and talkative, however this girl did not seem interested in helping me. I work in the food industry so I know it's not the most ideal job, however I know it's common courtesy to at least smile and make the customers feel welcome. I finished my trip and went to check out. The workers there weren't rude, however they weren't as happy or talkative as they usually are. It just seemed like it was another boring day at work for them. The customer service hasn't turned bad, but it's not what it used to be. I'll still continue to shop there, I just wish I felt a little more welcome. read more

I purchased a bicycle that was already assembled, I thought maybe I could load the bicycle myself and failed. When I went back inside I asked the associate at customer service if there was someone who could possibly remove a tire, considering they had already put the bike together, surely they could remove a front tire. She was eager to help me but condescending as she asked for help she had to keep stating that she knew they didn't have a bike assembler, so I had no choice but to return the bicycle, which she seemed overjoyed to do, which wasn't what I wanted, I wanted the bike. So when I asked to speak with a manager, the manager just said sorry and that she will talk to her employees. So frustrated I returned the blender and pair of pants that I purchased because I've spent so much money at this target for them to act so bothered to help me. Also as I was walking away, the associates at customer service were talking about me. Awful customer service from the manager and customer service associates.
