I went to the starbucks at this target location and let me just say customer service is unbelievably awful they are very rude & unfriendly the girl in there wouldn't turn her head to look at me while i waited there so finally i asked her where are ur gift card and she rolled her eyes at me i was nothing but kind to her from the start and did not have any patience to answer me somone was behind me in line and i grabbed a gift card she told me he was before me and i spoke up for myself and said no i was so she said she wasn't going to help me and had a different lady help me was so mean to me for no reason and said they wouldn't take my cash bcs she didn't wanna help me i don't recommend going there they didn't have a reason to be mean so i walked out and didn't buy anything!!! Just left this Target. I'd stopped in to grab a pair of jeans and a snack before heading back home. I scanned my first item - Pop Corners Kettle Corn Chips, 2.25 - and the register got weird. The nearby associate came to help and found that the item had been removed from stock. I pointed to the shelf by the register that I got them from; rather than go over to it, they had to search online. After that search failed, they got the price of the rack, then discounted it. No big deal. I scanned the rest of my items. The associate, who hovered around as I did this, suspiciously asked "39 dollars with Levi's on the tag?" I pointed out that they were Denizens, which is the cheaper Levi's. They're 32.99. The associate browsed the rest of my purchases and said "oh, it's just that the other things you purchased (drink, chips) weren't expensive. I gave this person no reason to be suspicious of me. She didn't have a right to look through what I bought. The only thing that even led to our interaction was that the system didn't have the chips in inventory that I picked up from a shelf by the register and scanned. I've never been made to feel like this at a store. I will NEVER shop at this Target again. read more

I liked looking around in the store. I like the amount of options they had for beauty products and home decor. I was looking for hearing aid batteries and couldn't find them/overlooked them. I asked one of the employees and she was super nice and led me straight to the right batteries in the tech section and even picked the ones I needed right off the shelf. read more

The worker at the cash register announced to whole store to check my box of shoes to make sure I wasn't stealing... The man working the fitting room impatiently tapped on the clothing rack to put my clothes back and glared as I was leaving. Not only did the associates makes me feel unwanted they made feel I wasn't even the fart. (I thought I was the shit) I am being so serious, and I used to like this Target until that experience. read more

Typical Target. They have a grocery, beer, dry goods, electronics, etc. The location is pretty easy to get in and out. I like that they have the self checkout lanes now. If y need some coffee you can get one at the Starbucks. read more

Maybe I picked the wrong time to visit or it really has declined over the years, but growing up in the area and seeing it a few years ago compared to what I saw on my most recent trip was a little depressing. The whole shopping complex feels like it's being redone since Dick's Sporting Goods moved out, but Target itself looks a little run down. Beyond that, it's your typical Target -- no online pickup lanes (yet) which seem to be the trend, but you can still order online and pickup or of course browse the full store. No particular issues with this location on our visit, just felt like it was losing its luster. read more

Less works in electronics. My father uses a scooter, speaks slowly and can be a difficult customer for impatient clerks. Andrew was a total jerk. He leaned back, looked down his nose at us and made us feel unwelcome. Then there is Less, the total opposite. He was kind, courteous, and patient. He won the sale and my loyalty. Les represents all that is good about retail. Les is the reason comp sales rise. Les is great for business. He is the reason people still visit brick & morter. Les should be training employees. read more

This store's prices always come up wrong. I'm getting tired of going to Guest Services. It is become a hassle filled shopping experience. Nearly every time I'm in there multiple items come up wrong. Also, they turned the screens for the check put lanes with an employee so now you cannot see prices ringing up. I've got an issue with this. read more

Store was clean...Starbucks is cool...The check-out lines were crazy and other employees were never called to help get the customers out - not cool Target. However, if you like Target for the forward low priced fasion, wide aisles, bright lights, and super zoned and cleaned store...this store will make you happy BUT oh boy - the checkout lines are crazy...oh I said that already. read more

I have never felt so disrespected by co-workers in my life. I was belittled because I was stressed about my position. I tried to ask if I could switch to a new position and they instantly declined, saying I wouldn't be successful with no questions asked. Do not work here. Yes it may be good money, but it is not worth being treated like a horse worker. I won't even shop here again because of the lack of respect and trauma they caused. I will only shop online or in another city. They may seem friendly and nice at first, but don't let them fool you. I am so disappointed. read more

Came into target today at the east side location. Just browsing after dropping the kiddos off at school. I was in the store for less than 15 minutes and had 6 different employees ask me how I was doing or if I needed help. Each time, I told them I was just browsing and not looking for anything in particular. When did target start doing this? It's almost to an extreme level to where I felt like I was being followed and harassed. Maybe some shoppers like having their hand held but I can speak for myself and most people I know when I say that if I need help, I'll find someone, or use the handy dandy button in my area to page someone over. No need to be asked by every person I walk by if I need something. read more

Went here to check out their new grocery section. While it's still Target and I still love it, I was disappointed in the prices and selection. I guess when I heard all the hype about how they "expanded", I was expecting more. As it is... There was no expansion. They just rearranged things and added more food items. The good thing? They DID add a Starbucks up near their little restaurant area! read more

This place is massive!! The layout was a little confusing but it had a lot of Kentucky stuff so I was happy.

Store is clean and easy to get around. Even when busy check is usually fast. I wish they had made this a superstore like other bigger Targets. Grocery section is nice but does not have as much of a selection as other stores. read more

I love Target and I usually have a good customer experience at this particular store. Tonight however was not typical. I stopped in to pick up a few groceries and household necessities after a long day at work followed by some errands. It was around 10 o'clock and the store was pretty much empty. As I approached the check out lanes I noticed that none of the lights were on and the two associates who were on that area did their best to ignore me. When I asked which register was open one of them replied that the self checkout was the only lane that was open at that time. Mind you, I had a shopping cart full of stuff (my total was a little over $300)...so a self checkout really was an option. I asked him if they planned to open another register because the self checkout didn't seem like a realistic option. At this point the not so customer friendly associate summoned someone else to come and ring up my items. The person who was clearly busy doing something much more important than tending to customers trying to purchase merchandise met me at register 17 which was miraculously open and proceeded to ring up my purchase and did not bother to utter a single word to me or at me during the entire transaction. As I was thinking about this on my way home it occurred to me that I should have mentioned to this young man that I recently read an article about Target's financial problems and declining sales. Because when customers like me stop coming to your store...there won't even be a need for self checkouts much less obnoxious hipsters who would do well to remember that without customers there is no job. read more

This store employees DAY shift is RUDE!! They should just fire them all!! Replace with nicer people. Even over the phone the older lady would talk over me and "No No No you can't do that!!" And all I asked was if I buy an online item (online). how long can they hold it for me. I HATE this store!!!! read more
