I have to say that this is quite possible one of the most aesthetically pleasing Target stores I have seen. They built it to kind of blend into Lancaster. It feels homey and welcoming, almost like it feels like a farm building. My main reason for coming here was because I ended up running out of a necessity. I kind of figured that Target would have that and maybe more for me to browse through. I was on vacation and I really didn't need anything extra sitting in my vehicle. Inside the store was bright and appeared to be well stocked and organized. It made for finding items easy. I was truly floored here as I had been having a hard time finding one item anywhere I went. They happened to have it here and I ended up stocking up on it so that I wouldn't run out anytime soon. In fact. I still have some and it's been a few weeks. read more

Lost a star for the complete downhill slide in customer service. EIGHT employees in the electronics area, but not a single one was willing to come ring us out. This has happened several times during the holiday season, even though they obviously have more staff on hand to help with the increased number of shoppers in the store. If you take the electronics to the front, they don't have the right key to remove the anti-theft devices, but the staff is so disengaged, you'll celebrate a birthday or two before anyone could be bothered to help. read more

Nice, clean, well laid out and fairly organized. Definitely better than many other Targets I've visited all across the fruited plains. They have everything you'd expect to find at Target, plus an entire grocery section. If you're visiting the Lancaster area and you maybe forgot to pack a few items from home, this place is sure to fulfill your needs. read more

Very very sad to post this but today I went to target to buy a few things and specially to eat at the Pizza Hut Express they have inside the Target store. And a employee named Maya attended me I told her I wanted 2 personal pizzas she replied that Pizza Hut was out of pizza I thought it was a joke but I ask her are you really out of pizza she replied yeas I have no pizza to sell, I COULDN'T BELIEVE THIS PIZZA HUT EXPRESS HAS NO PIZZA TO SELL WAAOOOWWWW!!! Come in here literally every time we are in lancaster, carts all over the place in the store by checkout that werent like that when we came in, employee in charge of carts was organizing them as we walked in and as we walked out it was like he has never even done anything, moved a minumum or almost 10 carts. Manager and multiple employees stood and watched my wife and I take all of them, and put them in their respective places, until we looked at them as we were walking out they didnt even acknowledge that we had done it. Best Target ever!! I used to drive from my home in Oxford, PA to come to this Target, and now I live 10 minutes away! Always so clean, and staff is always very friendly and helpful. I've never seen it too crowded, even being close to tourist traps (Amish Tours, Rockvale/Tanger Outlets, Dutch Wonderland). Love it! Will always be a loyal customer. read more

Cashiers are very friendly. Usually well stocked shelves. However snack bar is poorly managed. On 3 different occasions the food wasn't made or the snack bar was closed. Many excuses...today it was the snack bar is not run by Target and they are understaffed so can't open until 12:30. Really, either you have a consistent snack bar or you don't. read more

My wife and I love Target. Yeah, it's a big chain discount store, but they always have exactly what we're looking for. We shop for our clothing here, and our baby's clothing, diapers, supplies, etc. Not to mention all the great prices on videos, games, electronics, housewares... the list goes on. There are certainly other stores that offer the same general things, like K-Mart and WAL-MART for instance, but Target just seems to cater to our demographic. The atmosphere, the style of clothing fashions... the store is just laid out really well and doesn't get you all overly anxious and make you want to leave right away. A very rude cashier once was bad enough, but the second time, and an entirely different girl, has now shown me that the staff is apparently not well trained to be at least cordial to the customers that they are getting paid to wait on. Need to grab some OTC meds and with no Drug Store in the immediate area, or at least none that I could find, I ran in here. It was large, it was clean, and it was empty. I swear I was the only one shopping here on a weekday night, around eight pm. I grab some NyQuil, and head for the checkout, very happy I don't have to wait in line. Next thing I know, the cashier is asking my for ID. WTF, you must be kidding me. I've never been carded for NyQuil before, must be a PA thing, but one look at me and you can tell I'm of age. I was a target customer for over 10 years.sunday I put in a grocery delivery order to be delivered.it was suposed to be free shipping with delivery on tuesday.they transfered the delivery to shipt a company they own.they then charged me $9.99 for the delivery.I got in touch through the computer with a rep and the best she could do is give me a number to call and said they would work it out.when we called it was a 30 midnight wait to get a rep and she said hold the line while she calls shipt.we waited a few minutes and was reconnected to a recording their would be a 60 minutes wait to speak to someone.what they did is bait and switch.I am cancelling my red card and will not do business with target again.be very careful if you will deal with them. read more

Ordered 4 Apple Watch from Target to get picked up at this location. Got there and instead of them saying "there was a price mistake or your order got cancelled". They had to call the Electronic Manager out to let me know I got flagged as a known "Reseller" he kept insisting I know what a Reseller is...no shit Sherlock..I know what it means I'm just shocked that they didn't cancel my order when I placed it instead. I had to drive there to be told that....and yes I saw a great deal that I will re-sell to my siblings..guess that makes me a reseller. I bought a tablet and kept everything from box, case, receipt and I called and asked if I could return it. I was told no so I called Target headquarters. I spoke with a gentleman who told me that if I took it to the store and it was in the condition I said it was they would return it. I called the store back before wasting my gas to make sure it was true I talked to two people than got hung up on, I called back and they apologized but told me that they could not return it. So I called headquarters again spoke with a lady and she told me no I can't return it and the one I spoke to before lied to me. She made me feel like I was making this us. I asked to speak to the person in charge and she said it would take 3-5 business days (but longer cause of the holiday and than I got hung up on. Worst experience ever read more

You can't go wrong with Target. This one is very clean amd for being ao close to the tourist trap thay is the outlets its never that crowded. I love the pantry section and the up and up products. I think that some of the up products are better then name brand. read more

I went to this target for the first time Saturday 4/14/18 and was impressed by the variety of items in this store. I ended up spending $400. The cashier who checked me out was very nice and efficient. However she didn't put two items in my bag that totaled $25. This store is an hour from where I live but I was out in the area for the weekend so i went back the next day and sure enough they had a receipt that said the items had been left. What I had a big problem with is this store is not convenient for me and messed up my plans on Sunday to go back at 9 am because the cashier had not put items in my bag and not one apology. Customer service is a zero for this store. And then they had put the items back so I had to go get them and they gave me a gift card. It should have been a credit to my credit card. Negative on the customer service here. Need to change your hiring methods and increase training. read more

We went to Target to buy all the things you go there for....food, toys, basic clothes. My purchase was over $100, my mother was set to hit $200; however, that was just not to be. First, the cashier panicked when we said the boys tshirts were 3 for $18. That is what the sign said. Hold for a manager. We wait & wait. When the manager arrives she decides to suspend us while someone looks up the price. That means we are moved out of line. The next person in line had a large order as well. We have to move to another checkout. Meanwhile, another manager arrives and says that the print shirt is $9 the solids are $7. My response is why are they all together under the sign? I refuse to buy the shirts that are advertised for 3/$18 for the now new price of $23. Now the entire order has to be rechecked to be sure the shirts are removed and we have everything else accounted for. This takes 10 extra minutes. I am so mad, that I walk with the 2nd manager to see the sign. It says, 3 for $18 and in very small print, $7 for one. Of course, the shelving is stocked with solid and print shirts together. However, the $9 print shirts are NOT part of the $18 price and it is not the manager's problem that the signage is not clear. What is clear to me is that this is false advertising and product placement to intentionally cheat the customer. You can walk through the children's section and see these signs on every grouping. All to make money at the register and cheat the customer. When I did call the store later and complain to a different manager, she wondered why the cashier or either of the two managers did not adjust the price to the 3 for $18 price.
